Damian woke up with a gasp and a large tent obvious right from his blanket. His rapid breathing slowed as he steadily caught his breath before standing to decrease the temperature in his room. Damian's room was a spacious well occupied average teenager room, one instead of having girls in nude plastered on the wall had lots Hero's from comic book all around. His bed was wide and spacious unlike an average boy's bed and he has large bookshelves filled with books he'd ever wanted right in his little study which was after a mini sitting room next to his bed. In a single room Damian had his own little sitting room and a private study something he always wished for as a boy before his mother divorced and was luckily later granted that wish. His mini sitting room had two sofa chair and two big bags arranged in a circular form with a glass table in the middle; on top which had few novels on it. At the right side wall of the sitting room was a mini fridge one which he immediately walked up to after that to get himself some cold water and calm his rising pulse. Damian knew something was wrong with him somewhere but he couldn't pin point, instead he decided to see his therapist after school. He dressed up for the day ready to get dropped at school by their mother's secretary but make sure to have informed his therapist about his visit to her after school. Damian despite his unruly state of mind noticed the coldness and tense air around his little sister and their mom during breakfast and when they walked out of the house. Damian didn't want his sister self-esteem to be ruined in the day of her first big game so he decides to have a chat with her. "Will you to giving me the cold shoulder please?" Damian smiled after they were almost a mile away from the house heading to school. "She'd never come, what's the difference? When we were with dad at least she does everything to make us happy- "And she's also doing it now, she's doing all she could to make sure we don't suffer, you really think she don't want to be come to your football game? Come on she's our mother you know that's not how she is but when we left dad she swore she'll never make us suffer no matter what and she's keeping to that promise and I hope you'll respect her good opinions, having a comfortable life come with a price of not having time with our mom again, please Elle, you can't blame her" Damian looked into his sister's metallic Grey eyes and smiled, she shared their father's most unique features. Elle was quiet after hearing what his brother said and just relaxed into the car seat while looking at the several houses they passes. "Um Elle, I...I want to tell you something" Damian started watching the his sister's sudden change in emotions. "I'm going to be coming to your basketball game with a friend" The shy look on Damian's face had Elle immediately dancing her brows one which resulted to making Damian laugh. "Spill" Elle urged and Damian cackled before deciding to talk. "She's a girl alright, but she's just a friend" Damian smiled back shyly. "Ooh, I'm guessing you like her- "Shockingly" Damian replied with a scoff. "How do you mean?" Elle asked to elaborate an Damian sighed before deciding to talk. "It happened overnight, I've known her from a very long time and sometimes I think she actually like me but I never took a liking to her because she was violent and probably because I was jealous of her. "Jealous? Why would you ever be a jealous of anyone Damian I mean- "She's more intelligent than I am, I don't know how but she is and I can't seem to best her no matter how much I try" Damian explained and her sister's eyeline creased. "That girl, that girl who always save you from the bullies- "Yeah, that same one" Damian muttered looking out of the window recalling how unfairly he had treated her even though she's always saving his ass. "I don't know why you don't like her- "She's aggressive like me Elle, but the only difference is, she knows how to keep her aggression at bay but me...you know I don't stop when I'm mad" Damian defended. "That's a terrible reason to always push her away and now that you like her I hope she likes you back- "Not exactly, she's been acting strange lately. I don't know if she's trying to pay me back for always ignoring her but she hardly pay any attention to me yesterday but I'm trying to make up for it though, I asked her to my friend's birthday party and also asked her to come with me to your game I just hope she'll say yes" Damian gave a faint smile and his sister nodded as he turned and rested his head on the backrest while recalling how powerful the urge to be with Crystal was. "Will see you in the game then?" Damian said to his sister with a wink while walking away after they were dropped in the school compound. "Yeah see you there" Elle replied with a warm smile before heading another way, though there was a 3years age gap between them, they were closer than that. Damian was just getting settled in class but since he was early decided to read a novel but Crystal's friend appeared out of nowhere and took a seat in front of him. "Hi Damian" And Damian was surprised by her sudden presence especially since Crystal wasn't with her. "HI...um, how are you? And-" Damian looked around for a minute. "Where's Crystal?" He completed turning his head back to Helen who had a strange gleam in her eyes. "Well, she's not in school right now but I want you to help deliver something to her" She said digging her hands in her handbag that was hanging on her hand which black colour had matched with the black biker she had on with the blue jeans and black boots she had on. Her dressing was really cool but they still looked funny though. "Did you guys got into a fight or something? Why can't you just give it to her yourself or call her number or something? Why giving her a letter?" Damian got curious while staring strangely but curiously at Helen. "Because I don't have her number...anymore" Helen drawled not wanting to make it sound weird but it came out just as weird as she didn't want it to sound. "Can you not ask questions and just give it to her? Once you that, she'll understand and also, I'll be gone for a while- "Are you sick or something?" Helen gave him an unimpressed look which resulted to Damian just collecting the letter and nodding to her request. "Thank you, I owe you one" Helen stood, flashed him a smile and walked out of the class while other swarm in like a pack of bees. Then Damian stood to look for Crystal, but couldn't find her and ended up in the library where he borrowed few historical books to read and on his way back he saw Crystal, making her way into the school, his heart thumped hard against his ribs that it and all of a sudden he was hyperventilating. Crystal had never had so much effect on him and he wondered. Why now? They exchanged formalities and he delivered Helen's message after which they departed for class, but he still find it hard to get his mind of Crystal, there was something about her...that was drawing him to her and he had no idea. Unable to take the want and longing he excuses himself from class to go to the bathroom where he met three tall blondes who hit his shoulders as he passes by them. But decided to ignore them since he had a lot on his mind but unfortunately, avoiding them was going to help him at all because they were coming for him. They wanted him...and it's one of the things he didn't know why to? "What do you want from me?" Damian demanded after they all cornered him up at one corner of the room. "Well...there's something you do for us?" One of them with an extremely husky voice said before grabbing him by the collar and leading him out. "Is he the guy?" Another one of the three guys asked Tobias who was standing right outside the restroom. "Yes that's him. That's the boy-" Tobias confirmed and Damian clenched her teeth trying to fight his anger and aggression. "I heard your sister has a match today" The third guy speak looking at him with his peculiar eye. "You would cooperate with me" He added with a mischievous smile on his lips as they immediately begin to drag him down the hallway. -------
