Maddox's POV
I sign the document of the extra security to one of the smallest packs, and grant it permission to merge with another pack for the time being. Until the hunter issue is in check, I absolutely do not want to take any risk.
There is a knock on the door and I see Ian walk in. He is now not a professor anymore. We are focusing on how he is slowly going to take over.
Also, we don't want anyone's attention on us right now. Ian's take over as Alpha and my coronation as King will grab enough attention from everyone including the hunters.
"So the hunters' movements have slowed down" Ian says and I nod.
"Something that's concerning" I whisper as I watch Krystal bring in two cups of coffee.
