Alec I woke in the early morning hours to the sound of a warning howl. Rogues. I popped up out of bed and raced out the door. I didn’t bother dressing, I would need to shift anyhow. “Smells like at least a hundred.” Gentry’s gruff voice said in my head. Where the hell did they all come from? “Adam? Dad?” I called through the mind link as I shifted, racing off towards the border. “Alphas! There are rogues at the eastern border, dozens of them! We need back up, now!” Drake screamed over the mind-link. “Gentry, we need to move faster!” I ordered my wolf. I felt his strong legs pick up speed as we raced for the eastern border.
