I was now sitting in my father’s office at my parent’s house. After my fight with Adam, my father had all but commanded us to follow him to his office. So here I was… waiting for my mother as if I were a petulant child about to get punished for misbehaving. I continued scowling at my brother and father, even after my mother came into the room.
