CHAPTER 20 –––––––– NO SOONER HAD WE PUT the bags on the kitchen table, that Ian pulled me towards him and took my mouth in a kiss that erased everything else from my mind. I clung to him so that I could keep my balance but I still had the impression that I was totally melting in his arms. It felt like I was somewhere in the middle of a hurricane. All my senses had come to life at once and I couldn’t make any distinction between one sensation and another.
