Chapter 19 Dragon's heart

Drake (Pov) 

Getting word from my trackers told me that the Duke has taken her into the dark forest and not to his mansion witch was just a cover up to not show who he is , he is the man causing so much trouble in almost every kingdom in search of all the relics to empowers him and his three witches but he has crossed a thin line and he will pay .Something about him is off and me and Ice felt it a while ago but we thought he was just a normal douchebag nothing more but we were sadly mistaken, he is a mastermind and he's got magic also making him dangerous. As Ice follow the trackers we come upon the dark forest and only witches dare enter here but Ice is not afraid and as we enter ,t is suddenly cold but it does not affect us because he is a Ice dragon but the spooky feeling of eyes watching is the one thing that steals my thoughts. "Forth men let's find our Queen", I say storming inside .But as we enter I feel my heart getting sore and a sadness overcome me but the pain can't stop me now.

Duke (Pov) 

She is fae and seems to have powers but it looks like it's still a bit new to her and that gives me something to work with, tonight is the night I will seal the bond and even though she is not my true mate  it will work with the help of the witches , they have made a potion specific for us , this will make her at least feel some form of love towards me and then when I take her she will not resist as much and give me a hair to further my plans and us being in the dark forest will hopefully keep the Dragon King at bay for now ,I just need her for this and if he comes to rescue her he will meet his doom too .

Going to the ritual room the witches are getting ready and I to need my dragon to be ready , he doesn't talk much but he will fight to the end, Ice might have ice and water magic but me , I have something ells and I can't wait to see his face as soon as he sees me in my dragon and then boom the end for him. Just then the witch speaks : "We need him in dragon form so we must get him outside in the open ,that is the only way to cast the spell and take his heart , if you don't he will kill us but do not worry we will protect you son" the witch says and Both of them laugh and that is when I get a message, "They are near sir what do we do?" the soldier ask. "Fight you moron and keep them back", I reply while running to get Anna so we can start .Going to the sell were I keep her I open it and take her by her arm and even though I thought we had more time that Dragon King was smarter then I thought so now we must make haste to do this .Garbing her arm she says to me : "What are you doing let me go you monster!!!!" she shouts as I drag her to the room that is all set up for us. As we enter the ritual room the whole room is lid only with candles and two of the witches are standing around a table chanting all sorts of stuf ,then Anna is taken from me to sit on the table . The witch hands her a glass and forse her to drink and as only she is she is difficult but then the witch chant and it makes her drink it ,soon she is falling to the table passed out and now we can begin , first her bond with him must be broken and for that they need our blood and some other strange ingredients. Soon they have it now for the spell , Anna is lifted into the air and as she turns blue I can see its working because a blue cloud is descending from her other shoulder meaning her bond with Drake is breaking and mine with her is forming. I can feel a strange feeling in my bones but This is taking longer and while we were almost done I get a message that he is here and then as the ritual is done I leave her with the witches for now until the time is right for them to come out  to take on the mighty Ice Dragon King only to give me more time before I finalize my plan to mate her but now she is out cold, making it easier to fight.

Coming down the stairs I see him fighting my guards , he is big and yes he looks powerful indeed but the spell that is on me it's also powerful, so I might stand a chance so I roar loud making him face me in my dragon form for the first time ever. This was something long overdue and forgotten because non new about me , only now. as he comes closer he roars back and it is a pretty big roar making the ground shake and that's when I knew I was going to have to put it all in ,he is not called the Dragon King for nothing. He is mad and that's what I want ,I need to distract him to get him into out trap. As soon as we circle each other he starts to talk to me and this is what I want ,him getting mad. "Where is Anna? you better not have hurt her Duke !!RRRR " he says and I see Ice is on the edge ." O she is just great Drake, she is waiting for me in my room  as we speak so let's get this on so I can finish my mating process ,please" I say mocking him and that's when he charges me hitting my red dragon to the ground but I'm not going down easy , o no that is when I charge back hitting him also with full force making him stumble back. "You son of a b***h what did you do"? , he asks storming me again but with the magic from the spell I am faster and I  dodge him just in time and that's when I bite down on his arm making him weak and as he stumbles he breathes ice and luckily  for me he misses me but the rock behind me is iced, just then the one witch comes out chanting and in seconds he's on the floor out cold bleeding but that is not a big concern because all they need is his heart to complete their ritual and mine. I see his men fight a losing battle with mine and  Drake is lifted and taken to a chamber near the entrance and in no time the tree witches is around him hissing like snakes for their price and while they chant the bleu dragon's scales at his heart opens revealing a blue diamond like heart beating as if fighting, just then as they bring down a dagger to cut his heart out a deafening scream is heard and this makes them cut faster but just before his heart is ripped out a thundering sound comes again from outside carting havoc and the door is flown open but it's too late the Dragon's heart is ours and he is dead , while the witches take the heart the most angelic creature with crystal silver eyes and silver wings stands in the door looking pretty pissed and she is mad looking to the dragon lying motionless on the table .In one swift motion the witches are blown away knocked out by just one hard flap of her wings diverting a energy force towards them, then she turns to me , her eyes tells me my end might be coming and before I can turn into my red dragon wines comes out of the ground making everything crumble and roar catching my legs and arms and one vine snakes around my neck making it harder to breathe , "My princess stop you must feel something , don't do this I thought you are good"!! I shout but her face turns only sad with tears running down her face. "You are not to speak you are a monster, I feel nothing towards you , you killed my true mate and now I will kill you to rid this world of you and your evil !!" Anna shouts and in a instant hi neck is filched breaking it like it was nothing then she turns to the witches and a silver blinding light turns them to ashes as she smiles but when her sight fall to he true love now lying motionless she kneels down at his side crying non stop but then her father runs into the big room with high sealings only to comfort his angel daughter but as she continue to cry her father let her face him and looking at her broken he speaks as only her father can , " Anna you can safe him " he says making her look at him with so much hope , " How father tell me please I need him I can feel myself dyeing without him, what must I do ?" she replay and while waiting for a reply also she feels her heart braking and yet she is takes his hand in hers. "You must use your angel my child , look to your heart Anna, feel you love, even thou the Duke broke your bond your angel guarded your heart so now if your angel allows you you can share your heart with Drake and create a new stronger bond then before". "Ok I will try thank you father", she says then she got up putting her hands together to tune into her inner angel ,after a while her angel spoke in her mind an as it did a silver sparkly light one again shining  out of her making her beautiful silver wings spread and then a true mirical , a half of her heart came out of her chest and it was glowing then her fae crown appeared on her head again and with that the dragon's scales ones again opened and that is when her half heart went into the opening and the scales closed making her step back and her heart was beating faster then ever and that's when she felt it their bond being replaced and in seconds Ice opened his stunning eyes looking at his angel and then he was lifted up high and transformed into Drake. All this was to much but he was alive looking at his Princes she was now looking like a angel and it was indeed the most prescience thing to him , she saved his live , the hugged each other and kissed as if they just met and the new bond was felt by them and every guard outside.

Before helping Drake out Anna was back to her human form but her hair now had a piece of silver in and the tattoo on her arm was more intense and she and Drake Bothe hade the same mark now and her red mark was replaced now with Drakes again. The was was over ,the wounded was taken to hospitals and the prisoners was dealt with and the dead was burred with respect, Every one was so happy to see each other again  and having Anna back save was all these two kingdoms wanted but Drake and Anna was told to also stay for check ups at the hospital and they did and Bothe were ok even though Drake got a new heart he still felt the same just like he had a bad dream and when he woke up he was reborn again and he owed it all to her , his angel and now that she is back save they can plan their wedding at last....
