Joshua’s POV:
The next day, I received a message from the council to meet them in the Alpha’s office. The audacity of them, I was the Alpha and that office was mine. I walked over to the pack house with frustration and anger, threatening to bubble over. This bullshit had taken up enough of my time, I wanted to get them off my land and start my life with Emma.
I enter the pack house, where some of the pack members are busy having breakfast. They greet me with a good morning Alpha. I see my sister and Jude laughing to the side, sharing their breakfast. It made me happy to see my sister content and in love. My mother came over holding a basket.
