47. Pirates

We scatter so quickly. I go into a little shop and clear the cash drawer. Not much else here. It's human dresses.
The next is shoes. I clear the cash drawer and find a hidden wall safe in the back room. I take the 3k out of it, then move on.
The next 1 is the jeweler. I think about stealing the jewelry, but that would take forever. It's not that great anyway. But I find a big safe in the back. I scratch my head. No idea how to get in that thing. It's locked.
I connect with Dipak. "Big locked safe in the back of the jeweler. I have no idea how to get in it."
"Stand in the middle of the path in front of the building and put your hand up. We'll come check."
Dipak and Marcus land beside me after a minute. I point to the building, and they go in. I disconnect the mind link and move to the next building.
I empty the cash drawer and realize I'm in some kind of dish store. I clear the whole place of dishes. They are nice. They had kids' dishes and 10-piece place settings. Someone will use them.
I accept a mind link. "Hello."
"I FOUND A TOY STORE. COME HELP ME."
"Go along the path and put your hand up. I'll see you."
I fly up in the air. I see her a couple of paths over. I land by her and we run in. Tye follows us.
The place is huge with toys, games, crafts everywhere.
Tye rubs his eyes. "This is a lot for 1 baby Thora."
I pull a cup out of my bag. "I found these cups she likes. I got her 500 plus these 6."
"Thank you. Those are so nice. But no Tye. For the kids' clubs. I need a place to send it."
"We can use a sitting room. Or the empty office on 6."
"Sitting room. Save the office on 6 for something more expensive."
Tye makes us a door. We push everything through it, we can.
"We should search for a kids' club and see what they have. That's how I got the medical area stuff."
"I don't know of any."
"Me either. Keep an eye out."
We go different directions when we get back outside.
I clear the cash drawers in 2 more buildings, and then get a mind link.
"Hello."
"Hi babydoll. Can you tell Dipak we have a vault?"
"Sure go in the path in front of the building and put your hand up. I'll send them."
"Thank you."
I disconnect and connect to Dipak. "Tye has a vault. He's in the path with his hand up."
"Ok."
I go to the next building. It looks like nice big office chairs. I sit in 1 and float backwards. My eyes get so big. They're on wheels. There are so many.
I make a door to the morning room and just start wheeling them in as fast as I can. They are so comfortable and big, and they have wheels. I send so many. Then I make a sign. -FOR CONFERENCE TABLE AND DIPAK DESK.- I put it on 1. Then I send about 25 to Dipak's office. They'll have fun dealing with that in the morning.
I close the door and make another to Tre's office. I send about 25 onto that floor. Then I send 10 over to Tye's inn. I'll want 1 for my office there anyway. Then I realize the boys are all going to want 1 like that at their desk.
1 at a time, I send 1 to all the offices on 6. I even get Dracul and Frode. I put signs on them. -New chair-
Then just to be nice. I send 1 to the Nox king, Tye's dad, Elek's dad, Samson's office, Corbin's office. I send him 2. -New chair. Nadine.-
Next shop is hats. I clear the cash drawer and get a mind link.
"Pirates are about to attack the boat. Send everyone."
I disconnect and start sending images of pirates and the ship to everyone. Then I connect to Dipak. "Did that work?"
-Yes, a pirates' ship. Good job sweetheart. We're flying now. Be careful. You 3 girls are the only ones there now. Give us a minute to clear the ship.-
He disconnects the mind link.
"Where did everyone go?"
"Pirates are attacking the ship. Come check out these chairs."
Half an hour later, we cleared nearly all the chairs out. And are now in a spice store. Coral clears the cash drawer, and we leave for the next shop.
Dipak gives me a hug when we get back outside. "Thank you, that was perfect sweetheart. We got there before they did, and we got another boat."
"Thora was worried it was going to be a long trip."
Thora laughs. "I'm not done pirating."
"We'll stay out a few more days. We're still going for that treasure."
"Nice."
Coral nods. "We can pirate more. We got good stuff. Your office got new conference table chairs and everything."
Dipak kisses my head. "I'm going to go finish the vault. I wanted to let you know we're back."
"Thank you love." I kiss his cheek.
The next building is a bar.
There are at least 200 bottles of something. "CORAL WHAT IS THIS?"
"It's rum. We could use like 1 bottle. Or we could take 5 and restock the boat. But this is a lot."
I connect Tye.
"Hi babydoll."
"Tye, do you use rum?"
"Yes a lot. Why?"
"I've got 200 bottles here. Is it expensive?"
"Like 100g a bottle if it's good. Stand in path baby. I'll come look."
I run out and put my hand up.
Him, Tobias, and Elek land by me. I point. "Back room."
Coral has a box going. "We need this back on the boat guys. I don't know how to get it there."
Tobias takes a drink from the rum. "It's good Tye. I would take what you can get."
Elek takes a drink. "That is smooth for rum."
Then Tye takes a drink. "You saved me over 20k, babydoll."
"Remember that next time I need pizza vouchers." Tye chuckles and makes a door. We push everything through it. Not only the rum, but all of it.
Next I send some office furniture to Tye's resort. But I'm getting tired.
Then I find some 2 person swings. They're interesting. Maybe for the resorts. I send a few.
I find a kids' chair, but it's all poufy and shaped like a teddy bear. I send a few to Thora's office for inspiration.
I get a mind link. "You have 30 minutes left, angel."
"Thank you, Marcus." I write 30 minutes on a piece of paper, then I remember it like a picture and send it to everyone.
Tye puts his arm around me. "That is so f*****g convenient, babydoll."
"I wish I could read people's thoughts instead of only sending them. It would be so much more convenient."
I lay my head on his shoulder. He stops and picks me up. I wrap around him and snuggle in.
"You better get her back to the ship. She does not sleep fly well."
I shake my head. "No nap."
"Well get down and walk." Tye puts me on my feet. "We will have no way to get you to the ship if you do that. You want to look at the candy store?"
I nod fast.
We walk in and Thora and Coral are clearing this place out.
"It's for the kids' clubs. They can have candy snacks."
We help them clear the rest of it.
I eat a little bit in the process. "I wonder if they can make cotton candy for the kids. I don't think it cost much, Tye. Give them a ticket for cotton candy on Tuesdays or something."
Thora nods. "Oh yea, I didn't think about that. Popcorn on Wednesdays. Give them 1 ticket a day for a snack and drink. Then only put cheap snacks and drinks in the kids' clubs."
"1 ticket a day and put nearly free stuff on the menu. Wouldn't cost you much. And the parents would like them to get a snack."
Coral brushes her hands off. "Well, that should be enough suckers for 10 years at all the resorts. Let's see what's in the next building."
We go into separate buildings. I clear the cash box before I even look around. Then I nearly die. There's a f*****g bear standing there with his claws out. "AAAAHHHHH!"
Tye, Nikolas, and Elek run in. Then they start laughing.
"I thought it was going to kill me."
"It's already dead woman. Let's go. Find a different shop."
I run out before they do.
Tre is standing in the path. I run to him and he picks me up. I wrap around him and snuggle in. "Baby you can't sleep here." He puts me on my feet and I try not to cry. "15 minutes. I'm taking her back now."
We fly to the ship right then. We land on the deck and go to his room. I face plant the pillow and fall right to sleep.
