Duncan’s POV
It’s been about two weeks since Doctor John was attacked. We had been waiting for him to wake up so we could find out what happened. When Jamie left I was worried for the doctor's safety so I placed two guards outside his hospital door at all times. We needed whatever information he could give us and I didn’t want him dead.
The day before we had to leave for Jamie’s Luna Ceremony he woke up. I didn’t want to pressure him right away about what happened, but I had to at this point. We needed that information. I wouldn’t be here to investigate tomorrow, and Freddie would be left in charge and had a lot on his plate already.
I went to the hospital and sat in a chair in his room. Making sure he was taken care of and didn’t need anything.
