Jamie’s POV
We moved the Luna ceremony to a location from the woods, and into the village so we are close to the safe room tunnels. The wolf run will be to and around the lake and back to the village. Unfortunately, that meant that Zara and Noah wouldn’t get any time to really be with one another. They understood why but we still felt bad.
My family members Duncan, Meredith, Sean and the kids arrived at lunchtime to see the territory and visit with us. Cameron and I took time away from our usual day to be with them.
“Where’s Freddie?” I ask, offended as everyone stepped out of the vehicle.
“He had to stay back to look after the pack. He asked me to video the ceremony so he could feel like he was here,” Duncan says.
