The following day on the way to the art exhibition, Fiona finally had the opportunity to explain everything that happened that night and hopefully by doing so clearing up the innocent man’s name…
“So… that’s what happened…” Philip said as he looked down with a thoughtful expression, he seemed to believe his sister’s words instantly. Not that there was any reason to doubt what she said, Fiona wasn’t in the habit of lying to her brother even though she was rather secretive about most things she did.
“Yeah…” Fiona confirmed by nodding her head. ‘Hopefully this won’t ruin anything between them…’ She thought to herself, she was starting to feel very bad for what she did even if that wasn’t her intention there was no denying she made things difficult for ever
