"Where is everyone else?" "Inside I closed off the beach for the evening." "What do you mean?" "This is one of our resorts," he simply said. "I wanted some privacy for our first date. I want to give you all my undivided attention." "Well you didn't have to close off the beach, you are already giving me more than enough attention," she scoffed as he smirked at her. "And what if we wanted to go skinny dipping, would you prefer me or an audience of strangers," he said as she choked on the water she was drinking. "Us skinny dipping?" she said in bewilderment. "Is that a question or proposal," he said wiggling his eyebrows in suggestion. "You really are something," she murmured as a waiter walked up to them. "Good evening sir, madam. What would you like to have this evening?" "What do you want?" He asked as she looked at him in confusion. "I need a menu for that," she said lowly turning to see the waiter with a smile. "Say what you want and it shall be given to you." She looked at him just to make sure she had heard right. "Even if I was to request you on an golden platter?" She said making him laugh. "Naked I presume. Gladly," he said seeing her look down in embarrassment as the waiter was still waiting. He said something in French before the waiter turned to leave.  "You really need to get your mind out of the gutter. For a first date your score card is rather disappointing thus far." "What there is a score card," he said getting up and sitting down beside her taking her hand in his, a playful smirk on his face. His voice dropped to a low husky sound as he said, "So what do I need to do to get my grades up," he said whilst bringing her hand to his lips. "You...you," she cleared her throat looking away from his intense eyes. "You could start by giving me some breathing space," she said whilst he chuckled. Slowly pulling her up to her feet lights flickered on  leading to a small circle as Robin Thicke - Lost without started playing. Pulling her into his arms he was glad when she didn't resist him as they swayed in sync. "I thought dancing would come after you had fed me?" "We need to work up your appetite. And what better way to do that but with you being in my arms," he said releasing her to spin her around before pulling her back to him, this time closer than before.  Where the music was coming from was the last thing on her mind as she lay her head on his shoulder loving the warmth he provided. A while later he stopped moving making her look at him in question.  "Time to feed you, before you tear my head off," he chuckled as she turned to look at their table. Helping her down she expected him to take his seat but instead he sat right beside her. Washing his hands in the small bowl he removed it from her reach. "What..." She was silenced by a finger on her lips before he picked up the strips of meat dipping them in sauce to bring to her lips. "Feeding you," he said waiting for her lips to part.  "What about you?" "I will eat by...," he said his eyes darkening.  Tilting her head slightly back he slowly brought a sauce covered finger to her neck leaving a trail of the sticky substance as she tried to move away from him. Her protests were futile as he held her in place. "Off... you," he said as she felt his breath on her neck before felling his hot tongue on her skin making her gasp out loud.  "E...Ethan please stop," she whispered as he looked at her with an embarrassed smile.  "Sorry about that. Food off you seems to taste better," he murmured before turning back to feed her along with himself as they made small talk. Drinking hot chocolate as they listened to the sound of waves she felt at peace for the first time in a long while.  "What's you favorite movie," he asked. "I don't have a favorite," she murmured. "Okay name one you will never get tired of," he said. "Bride and prejudice," she said with a smile as he pulled out his phone. "Bride and prejudice," he stated as he stood pulling her up. Sitting in his seat she gasped as the movie started playing on a white screen before them.  "Was that there all along?" "Hmmm," he murmured lazily throwing a blanket over them.  As the movie ended she turned to look at him but found his gaze already on her with a look she couldn't clearly decipher as he quickly turned away after being caught. "Ready to go?" He asked after a few minutes of silence. ------ Talia's POV "Yes," I whispered tiredly. He had truly outdone himself this evening. Making sure I had all my favorite dishes for dinner. And he had been a good boy keeping his busy lips to himself after I asked him to stop, even though I didn't want him to. Looking at him I wondered what his stubble would feel like under my hands before I knew it my hand was reaching for his cheek as he looked at me. "Thank you for dinner," I said running my hand along his jaw leaning up to kiss his cheek. The smile that appeared on his features was like that of a boy who just got his first kiss. Struggling to pull him up to his feet which was rather futile, he chuckled as he lifted himself up leading us towards the car.  "Wait, my flowers," I said in his arms once more. "The first thing you thought of were your flowers, what about your little bunnies," he said looking at my feet. "Oh," I said as he chuckled placing me in my seat. "Don't worry they are safe," he said taking my hand as he pulled away from the resort.  The sound of Kenny G - One Breath filled the comfortable silence as he drove gently stroking my hand. Paul Mauriat La Traviata (Prelude) started a while later as I looked at him. "Your music taste is very..." "Superb, exceptional, delightful, soulful," he offered as I shook my head leaving it be. Thinking the night was over as we pulled up to his house he drew me to the back of the house.  "Where are we going?" I asked as Save the last dance for me - Michael Bublé started playing.  "My goodnight dance/hug," he said pulling me into his arms. "So there is a goodbye hug and now a goodnight dance/hug, what other 'goodsomething' hug are you going to conjure up," I said as he dipped me low. "Hmmm, well let's see, I need a good morning hug, good-afternoon hug, good-day hug, good-boy hug, good luck hug, good-looking hug..." "Good-looking hug really?" I asked as he just smiled at me. I had to say I liked the goodnight/hug as he left me by my room.
