“@Randomthoughts: "They say that love is more important than money, but have you ever tried to pay your bills and rent with a hug?"  >>>>>>> Not Edited Ruby`s POV “You look ah-,” I gave Elf prince Dakith an eyebrow raised look. This was as he just stopped midsentence while staring at what I was wearing. His mouth almost wide open after I came out of the dressing chamber. “Does it look bad?” I replied now feeling insecure. As maybe I looked bad in this so-called Dragonian outfit. ‘No, its just that I was not expecting to see that,” He replied still not making sense but now staring everywhere else but at me. “Ignore my son, what he really means is that you look hot,” The Elf Queen Elda instead bluntly said. "Mother," Dakith quickly berated, now looking embarrassed. “And he is not used to seeing females wearing like that,” she finished motioning to herself. How all the Elf females seemed to wear conservative clothes that covered everything but still looked elegant. “Oh, I see,” I replied, and honestly compared to them, my outfit was really scandalous.  It was a black almost see-through bodysuit made of really strange material. Material which seemed to be alive and moving to perfectly line with the curve of my body.  But it was the really deep v cut on the front which was really making the elf prince uncomfortable. It showed off maybe a bit too much cleavage.  “Dragon females, actually dress much worse than what you are wearing. They wear as much less clothing as possible. This is considering how they spend most of the time in their Dragon forms.” Queen Elda continued to explain. "But why does the material move," I asked a little bit weirded out by my new clothing which seemed to have a life of its own. “Dragonian clothing is made from a unique magical material. It helps by coming alive to stretch and disappear when they shift to their dragon forms. And then have them reappear fully clothed in their second forms.” She explained making me realize how handy this was.  I was sure the werewolves back home would have loved it. No longer needing to carry clothes with their mouths. “Now I bid you farewell and good luck Ruby of earth. May you be successful and come back to us safely.”  The Queen first chanted, while using her hands to do some Elven ritual signs and rubbing something on to my forehead to send me luck. “Thank you,” I replied once she was done even if I had no idea about Elf culture. “My son will now take you to the pick-up point where you will catch your ride.” She replied with a grateful smile.  I send her a small bow of respect as a goodbye and followed Dakith who led me through their secret passageways. After all, I could not be seen by the other elves wearing clothes worn by their enemy. Once we were outside, Dakith made that previous sound again with his mouth. And immediately answering his call, his Griffin quickly came flying from nowhere to us. “Good girl,” Dakith whispered while gently patting it on the head and giving it a snack before we could leave. I can say watching them I was jealous, wanting to have one of my own Griffin too.  After that, we rode the Griffin and flew only to land far away. This was at a hidden place but not so far from the pick-up point. “The land of the trolls is not so far from here. It is where Dragons usually come to pick up some trolls. Those who are part of the troll army and they take them to Dragonia for training. “ Dakith first said to me, “So, I have to catch a ride when they do that while being invisible,” I replied, quickly catching on “Yes, but the ride might be uncomfortable. I wish I could take you there with my Griffin but we would be easily spotted by their city defenses.” Dakith said worriedly to me. “Its fine, as long as I get there,” I confidently replied to calm his worry. Then turned around about to leave and go, “Wait,” He shouted while quickly holding my hand to stop me. “Here, it would calm mind to know that you have something to fight with.” He added while handing me this beautiful dagger. “Thanks, I just hope I never have to use it,” I replied with a sad look in my eyes as I remembered a moment of the past...where I had actually killed someone. This dark traumatic past which I had gone through back home. It was when I killed the Warlock king. An evil man who had kidnapped me and other girls. He had wanted my royal blood, saying there was something special about it, for his dark magic. However, after seeing him ruthlessly kill the other girls whose blood he took, I had broken free and killed him. Draining him dry and earning my blood-red eyes as they lost their gold color.  But it was what started the Scarlet war as his also crazy soulmate sought revenge in the most ferocious way. Leaving me full of regret and self-blame. And it was why I knew that I would have a hard time killing again if I was required to.   The weird clothing material which I wore, as if knowing what I wanted, it quickly created a hidden pocket for my dagger.  After saying goodbye to Dakith, who seemed reluctant to let me go, I finally headed into the active moving forest. I wondered what Tor`s home was like. But it was just as I had expected, being very troll-like. As the scenery changed from trees to just mud swamps and caves everywhere. But then there was also an eerily feeling to the place as I passed lots and lots of skeleton bones laying everywhere. Luckily most seemed to be of the wildlife from the forest. Showing how big of an appetite these Trolls had. And the stench was a bit nauseating too. But after a while, I just go used to it. As soon as I heard voices up ahead, I quickly used my powers and made myself fade from sight. Becoming invisible as I perfectly blended with my environment. I first passed by the largest swamp which seemed to have a huge horde of Trolls hanging there.  Some playing in the muddy swampy water to cake themselves with the dirt. While others just goofed around, releasing grunt noises as they fought with each other. But I also noticed how there were too many mothers. As every single one of the Troll females seemed to be carrying babies like they were accessories to show off.  Still, this made everything add up as to why the population of trolls seemed to just be too much, with the place overcrowded. No wonder the Dragons had made them allies. They made the perfect expandable army and had numbers.  I sadly did not see Tor anywhere. He was after all the only troll, I could recognize easily because of that last encounter with him. Once done with observing the trolls, I headed to where I spotted some Dragons arriving. While passing through the horde, I made sure to not touch any on the way or have my presence revealed. I knew if so, every troll here would try to kill and eat me. I cringed imagining having my legs or arm ripped off for food. There seemed to be about eight dragons landing. They were all beautiful in their different colors. If only they were not evil on the inside, I would have gladly admired them and their majestic forms. I then noticed how they were all carrying lots and lots of meat which they delivered to the ground. Quickly causing the Trolls to make a stampede and greedily take as much as they could for themselves. I finally realized that this was the deal between the Dragons and the Trolls. The Dragons hunted and brought food for the Trolls and in exchange got an army to fight from the ground. The dragons then lowered their bodies, for the trolls to get on. I headed for the green dragon and also got on at the same time as the other trolls.  Making sure to sit at the end almost near the tail where none of the trolls were sitting. I quickly clutched on to the scaly-ish skin as if my whole life depended on it.  Which it did, if I ended up falling while the Dragon flew. I closed my eyes and imagined in my head that I was back at home, relaxing in one of my brother`s private jets and flying off to some exotic location. Trying to trick my mind that I was really not risking my life and riding a Dragon with no harness. I kept them closed, hearing the beating of wings begin and cause reddish dust to rise as if there was a tornado forming. Then we started rising higher and higher. It seemed the trolls were just as overwhelmed as me for they were no longer making meaningless noises. After a whole while of just flying higher and higher without an end, my eyes opened as the flying stopped. Instead, we seemed to now be descending. And as the Dragons landed, I stared at the sight in front of me in awe. It seemed I had finally really arrived in Dragonia.
