‘ Definitely. You know how Lady Tracie can be. She’ll want to get rid of her as soon as possible. For all we know, she might even tell her that King Julian is responsible for the death of her parents.’
I take the headphones off immediately I hear that one sentence. I was struggling to understand what I had just heard.
This was the day after I planted the wire taps around the palace. I didn’t expect to get information about my parents from them so soon. I guess, they were gossiped more than I expected. This was coming from the kitchen so I was sure it was the chefs once again. Not that I was complaining. Their gossip was going to give me the answers I was looking for.
