Chapter One

Zayn

I woke up real slow and relaxed as if the light was softly coming into focus. I saw a pair of loving green eyes on my lips and felt a small hand running through my hair. She looked so beautiful even when she woke up, she's a sight I am lucky to wake up to every morning. Her eyes looked up and met mine

"Were you having a bad dream?" She asked me, still running her hand through my hair. I love when she does that.

"No why?" I leaned down and pecked her lips.

"You were, I felt it" She said softly, I ran a single finger over her eyebrow and down her face. My wolf hummed taking me back to when Hope was just a little girl and he would do the same thing. If it weren't for our age gap he would have identified her as my mate right away. But she was too young and I was already eighteen which confused Hunter so he never spoke up.

"My life was a bad dream until you came into it"  My voice came out low. 

I know I sound like a sap but she's my mate and my wife and I am utterly gone for her so I don't care. She smiled at me and giggled.

"It's true you should know that by now" 

I turned to lie on my back pulling her onto my chest. She wrapped her arm around my waist and lifted her leg over mine. I looked down at her she had her eyes closed. Her leg is too close to my d**k, I ran my hand slowly up her thigh all the way up to her ass and squeezed.

"Oh no you don't" She moved away "You promised to go out for a run"

"Ahh baby let me have my fun then we'll go out for a run" She smacks me then leans over and kisses my cheek

"No, get up so we can go run that is your fun for today" 

She got out of bed completely naked and disappeared into the bathroom. 

Fucking temptress. 

But because she has me wrapped around her finger I got up and walked over to the bathroom, the door was locked I leaned my head against it

"Can I at least shower with you before we go?"

"You know what's going to happen if I let you in, plus I'm already in the shower" She taunted back.

Hunter growled out in frustration he wanted his mate. I shook my head but can't help the smile across my face. Oh I'll get her back.

"Hope please open the door so I can shower with you baby?"  

When did I turn into a pathetic f**k?

 Before Hope I never even asked for s*x, women offered themselves to me. Ever since she came into my life and changed me for the better, I'd beg her and only her for anything, give her anything, and do anything for her. My heart is hers to abuse, my power is hers to demolish at any given minute if she ever decides she's had enough of me, I am at her utter most mercy so is this whole pack.

Mates wouldn't survive long without their significant other and that's how it is for me but not for Hope. I know that if she ever left me she would survive. That's just how Stark wolves are. But of course I would never let her leave me.

While I was lost in my thoughts I heard the click of the door and the little temptress walked out with a towel wrapped around her.

"Good morning" She said grinning, while walking passed me into her walk in closet shutting that door too. I was still standing by the bathroom door looking back at her over my shoulder. See that's just my baby, she's a c**k teasing enchantress and in her presence I am an idle i***t. I shake my head and proceed to take my cold lonely shower.

Hope

By the time I got dressed and dried my hair, my sulking yet handsome mate was out of the shower with just a towel around his waist. Oh my Goddess.

"You look yummy" I said as I wrapped my hands around his neck.

"Do I?" He leaned down and kissed my neck

"aha" was all I could utter

"Is this yummy too?"  He took my hand and placed it over his strong erection. 

Oh my Goddess, I tried to grip it but he stopped me

"You were in a rush to go for a run what happened?" He asked innocently holding my hand and halting my dirty thoughts. Jerk.

"I still want to go for a run but you just look so….inviting right now" I answered, with a seductive smile across my lips.

"Oh but I think you need to be taught a lesson" He said, but contradicts what he just said by biting on my lower lip and running his hand over hardened n****e.

"I don't like lessons" I whined and he chuckled

"Too bad" He literally stopped what he was doing and walked away into his closet. I was left looking over my shoulder, jaw hanging like a drooling i***t. I wish I could punch his lights out.

Serves you right for not letting him have his fun in bed this morning Jenna is frustrated.

Good morning to you too I say and roll my eyes. Oh I'll get him back.

I walked out the bedroom with whatever dignity I had left so I didn't end up going in his closet and jumping his bones. I was about to leave the house and head downstairs when I heard a knock at the door and right away I knew who it is.

"Morning" Kyle said with Maddox in his arms

"Good morning sweetie" I replied taking the baby away from him. Kyle knows how much I love Maddox so he will occasionally steal him away from his parents and bring him up here.

"Come on in, I'll make breakfast"

"Do you want to eat with auntie Hope" I asked the baby but of course he's too young  to answer or eat he just smiles and coos at me.

"Is Carrie still asleep?"

"Yeah, Come on I'll help you make breakfast" He said, walking ahead of me into the kitchen.

Kyle and I have made it a habit to wake up early sneak out on our mates and take Maddox either for a walk or just to spend some time with him in the living room.

"What are we making?" He asked, looking inside the fridge.

"A lot" I say taking out the eggs, bacon and cheese "Hand me the hash browns from the freezer please"

"Good morning" Zayn said as he entered the kitchen. He gave me his million dollar smirk but I glared at him in return. He walked over smiling and kissed my forehead.

Fifteen minutes later Kyle and I have breakfast ready while Zayn sat at the table holding Maddox and checking emails. Someone knocked at the door and I walked out the kitchen to get it.

"Hey Matt good morning"

"Morning, how long are you and Kyle going to keep taking my pup away while we're asleep?"

I laughed at him "Come on you're just in time for breakfast" He walks in ahead of me "Is Mandy still asleep?"

"Yeah she is and I knew I'd find Kyle up here, he loves your cooking" He said,  as he walks into the kitchen.

The guys sit and the table while I serve them breakfast

"Thank you baby this looks great" Zayn said wrapping his arm around my waist

"Yeah thank you baby this looks great" Kyle teases his brother. 

Zayn glared at him "Eat and shut up!" he growls while Kyle remains totally unaffected and stuffs his mouth with a big piece of buttered bread.

After breakfast I made the guys clean up while I played with Maddox a while longer then Zayn and I went out for our run.

We walked hand in hand to our special spot near the creek. This place means a lot to me to the both of us. Ever since our first encounter here over a year ago we kept coming back for picnics or to let our wolves out for a run and some fun.

I couldn't wait to run and feel the earth beneath my feet, feel the wind through my hair and absorb the hues of the morning sunlight.

I took off my shoes and walked over to the edge creek the water was crisp and clear. "Ready?" Zayn asked as he took off his shorts

"Absolutely" I took off my clothes and shifted running ahead of him relishing in the amazing feeling of my feet kissing the earth. Jenna wagged her tail, running was her joy, her way of showing off her power and her chance to and prance in front of her mate.

Zayn

Hunter growled running through the woods after his prey. She had so much energy radiating off her, she truly was a captivating free spirit. I took a deep breath as I ran fast after her, the brisk air filled my lungs. These are the moments I look forward to, Just her and I exploring nature. We raced up and down hills, rolled through the dirt all the while I heard my baby's giggle. We reached the creek once again and until Hunter finally pounced on her and pinned her under him. He growled and licked her all over as she gave into his powerful aura.

We laid in the sunlight watching the water when she got up and shifted first. Hunter looked up at the beautiful sight before him as Hope put her clothes on. When she finished she sat down again and ran her hands through my fur. As much as Hunter loved to be with Jenna he also likes spending time with her human form. 

"Do you think we'll ever have a pup of our own?" She asked. It hurt to see her play with Maddox when we had been trying to have a pup for a while now.  

Of course we will have pups of our own   I got up and shifted. 

"We are going to be parents one day don't worry about it you're not even twenty yet."  I tried to comfort her.

"You haven't been using a condom" She said as I got dressed

"I know but that doesn't mean anything. When our time comes and the Moon Goddess finds fit, we will be parents."  I held her close to me   "And you're going to make a great mom"
