After my phone calls were done and I was finished setting up the details about the ceremony, I checked my emails to see if there was anything that I needed to get done today. I had a few things to look over and a few emails to answer finally. As I worked on an email, I felt someone brush against my mind before a mind-link came through.
“Alpha. Beta, there's a group of rogues or something advancing slowly towards the east border in wolf form. What do you want me to do?” one of the guards on duty asked.
“Have all the guards move towards your location. I’ll be there shortly,” I told them.
“Yes. Sir,” the guard said.
“I’m headed that way. I’m on the training field,” Carson said.
