I woke up on my side facing the window of my room, with the feel of a tiny body up against my back. I opened my eyes slowly and took a deep breath to smell the warm salty ocean close by. I smiled and turned my head to look behind me. There I found Gillian snuggled up against me, sleeping heavily. I smiled even brighter seeing her there with me, knowing that she was all mine and that I was all hers.
I slowly and carefully moved to lay on my back so I could look at her better. She had a strand of hair on her face that I moved out of the way. I just lay there and watched her for a little while before rubbing my hand up and down her arm. Feeling the sparks come to life between us.
I heard her take in a deep breath before starting to move and open her eyes to look around. She smiled
