The Village: Cobe listened to a loud growl echo through the cave. Certain a wild animal had come to finish him, he was surprised to find only his stomach protested its hunger. Sure, there could be no way his body would ever be in so much pain. Either the general ache over his body or the sun streaming into his face annoyed him more. He only wished something would kill those damn birds singing so loudly. His fecking head hurt. The memories of his dream faded fast. The feeling of flight quickly replaced by the reality of deep shite he found himself in. His body was in a heap at the opening of the cave, covered in the fine dust that blew out of the cave when the stone blocking it popped out like a baby out of its mama.
