3.MEETING HIM

1029 Words
MEETING HIM! BRODY’S POV I was going through the paperwork given to me earlier by Fiona when suddenly a man in a suit walked into my room. Wait, I was not expecting anyone. Fiona was so clear to me that this day, I didn’t have an appointment with someone. “Excuse me!” I yelled as I look up to meet his eyes. He was a good looking gentleman. His features were really desirable. However, he is not supposed to be here. “I am so sorry Mr. CEO,” He apologized in an instant and before I could say something further, he was on his knees. What the actual hell? “What is up with you? Are you insane or what? Why are you kneeling?” I asked him taking a keen note on his face. He had a worried expression on his face and before I knew it, tears had started forming at the lit end of his eyes. This did something to my heart. I wanted to chase him out but something else told me to listen to him. Men rarely cry. If a man is crying then there is something that is definitely wrong somewhere. “Sit!” I shouted at him. “Please sir,” He wanted to beg for something but I wanted him seated. “I have said that you should sit down!” I glared at him and he did as I said. “What do you want and who are you?” I asked him. “My name is Ryan Hicks sir,” He mumbled. “What do you want Ryan?” I asked. “Sir, you are the only person who can help me,” He begged. “I don’t have the whole day here. Grow the f**k up and talk or leave my office. I have a lot of things to do,” I warned him. “I need a job at your company. If I don’t get a job here sir, I will be kicked out of my house. In addition to that, I will lack something to eat. I really want this job sir. I am going to work hard to ensure that the Hotel is doing okay. I am going to give my all,” He explained himself. “What job do you want?” I asked him. “I want to be a cleaner,” He said this and I knew that I was done with this liar. He is something else. How can he be wearing a suit yet he only wants a cleaning job? Wait, is he a spy or something. At least that is what I have read in many mystery books. “You want to spy on us, right?” I asked him and he looked at me in horror. “No, of course not!” He countered. “Leave my office right now. I don’t hire cleaners, okay. In fact, you have wasted my precious time. I hardly waste my time. I don’t know who really allowed you up here. The truth is that, you are not supposed to be here. “I told him. “Sir, please sir, you are the only one who can help me,” He went on his knees again but I was done with that s**t. RYAN’S POV “Alex!” He yelled and in a second, the bouncer who allowed me to pass a while back walked in. “Yes sir!” He answered. “Remove this man.” He ordered and I was at the mercy of the bouncer. “Sir, but he said that he has a good deal for the company. He said that if we lose him, then he will take his business somewhere else and that is The High End hotel,” Alex said this and my heart started beating at twice its normal speed. My lies were finally going to catch up with me. “This guy is a f*****g cleaner. How is that going to help us win against the High End Hotel?” Brody laughed and Alex looked at me in disbelief. “This man is a liar, please get him out of my house or I will fire you right away,” Brody ordered with a voice that was slightly enraged. Alex started dragging me out of the office when I shouted wait. “What the actual f**k is wrong with you? Don’t you know that I will call the police on you?” Brody asked me. “I know something that will make you win against The High End Hotel,” I finally stated and Alex looked at Brody for the next instruction. “Give me a chance,” I shouted when Brody didn’t say something as Alex pushed me out of the door. “Bring him in,” He requested. “Alex, don’t leave, stay here.” Brody told Alex. I felt uncomfortable but this was the only way. “What do you have to say young man?” He asked me. His gaze was really intimidating and it really took me a lot of courage to face him let alone to talk to him. As per now, we were very even. We needed each other. I was going to trade my information with getting a job at this place. “Speak!” Brody got out of his chair and come right in front of me. Wow, the fact that he was so close to me made me admire his ocean blue eyes. Wow, his lips were perfect, very kissable. Wow, his cologne. I love the scent of his cologne. It makes me think of many sweet things that we can do behind closed doors. My mum is very supportive and she is the very reason as to why I come out at a very young age. She has always told me to embrace the person whom I am and I am proud to say that I am gay. I am attracted to other men and that is pretty much normal.
