HIS QUEEN

Chapter 4

The wind was slowly howling around them as the chilly air roamed around freely and this immediate silence slowly started to creep in towards them too. A chill ran up their bodies as they consumed the information they had just gathered from Koral. This is not what they wanted, all of this was not what they wanted. All this time these people lived far away from that cursed place and now that curse in right in their house.

Every body's breath was immediately caught for a second. As none of them truly knew what to do at this point. Without uttering a single word Koran broke free from Anthonys' arms and ran away from there immediately not wasting a minute there. She ran and ran past every single person there as they all looked at her trying to figure out what had happened to her. Not looking back not even one time Koral ran past everyone like she was possessed by a ghost. She was most definitely terrifying everyone around her.

"Princ........ess pr...in..cess." She tried to say it but her mount was trembling and it was truly hard for her to make up that word again and again. 

Everyone, on the other hand, started to gather around again as they simply were terrified by her actions. People started to walk out of the houses and shops to look at what was happened out again. Since what had happened in the morning it has kept everyone on the edge the entire day. And this behavior of Koral was really not helping as the people again start to panic and this is never good.

Koral wasn't looking at where she was really going and suddenly her body again collides with someone else's just like before. And the moment her body comes into contact with someone else Koral immediately freaks out and she screams as loud as possible, trashing around the place as someone grabs a hold of her body. 

"L..et me g..o." She said she Koral tried to get away from the grip. "Koral look at me. honey please." The man said just still she did not stop thrashing around the place still trying to get out of the grip which was holding on to her really tight. 

"NO, LET ME GO." She screams one more time and this time the man forces her to look at him and the moment she does so Korals mind immediately calmed down. She was still very much shaking in fear but after looking at the man right in front of her made her relax, knowing she was safe now. 

"Love what happened ?." Her husband asks her looking deep into her eyes making sure she was feeling okay now. 

"Prin...cess.. the house." She tried again but people could not try to make out her words. when she looked at the husband and the people and saw how they were just looking at her like she was mad. Koral immediately gathered her senses and took in a deep breath and looked directly at her man and say.

"Th..e girl in th..e hou..se." She said and her husband tries to make her continue.

"What about her love ?."

"S..he is the pri..ncess." Was all she had to say for people to start to gasp and immediately get terrified. Immediately the crowd starts to scream as they have just found out that the princess they all feared is now right next to all of them and their loved ones. And they all knew this information has to be spread in the entire village. They had to keep every member of the village safe. Few men and women scattered away immediately. Few ran to hide and few to run to let everyone know about this situation.

But fear was fear and it was slowly spreading everywhere and it could be seen in that body language of the people present here.

The woman started screaming for their children for all of them to come back home and when some would argue with them the scared and angry woman immediately go up to their children and pull them all back into the house to keep all of them safe. Within a few seconds the rumor started spreading more and more and with the speed of lightning, and this time there were even more mortifying people scattering around trying to get to a safe place and a faraway place.  

Even the rowdies boys of the village too ran for their lives as they didn't want to be the princesses' next sacrifice. But they just had to let Rummy know, And he the most notorious man alive in this village and the boys knew they had to be the first ones to tell him. Seeing people scatter away as fast as possible Anthony knew he had to do something about this.

"l am gonna go get them," Anthony said to his wife and immediately started to run towards the direction Mar and Jo went and she just stood there not knowing what to do. She didn't even nod her head or neither did she try to move away from there.

He immediately stopped in his track and looked directly at his wife.

"Nara go to your mothers' house and stay there until I come and get you," he said to her one more time and this time she did nod her head and with that assurance, Anthony immediately ran to go get them all back before something go down here.

Nara, on the other hand, didn't really know what to do as of now. she looks around her to see people screaming as they are run towards their houses and all she was doing was standing there as her eyes scan the entire scene happening right in front of her. 

Inside the house, Gem knew what she had caused and was well aware of what could happen to her next. The screams of the people were truly terrifying her. This did affect her too/ and the fact that the people hate her and not only hate but are extremely scared of her made her heartbreak. She has never wanted anything bad to happen to any of them ever. But the true fact is that she did this to them. She did this to all of them and even to herself.   

Immediately Gem makes up her mind and gets off of the bed and stands up on her feet and the moment she does so her legs give up. There turn wobbly the moment she makes contact with the floor. She right there and then trembles for a few seconds and falls on the floor as her hands still try to grab onto something.

"Ahh." Her small voice Ecos through the room. Both her legs had this sharp pain spread at a fast pace and her heels too had to no strength to hold onto her body. She almost screams in pain as she tries to move again but it seemed impossible to do so. Gem shut both her eyes and grabbed onto the bedpost and tried to pull herself up with all her strength. With her shaky hands, she was still able to pull herself up and yet she was in a massive amount of pain as it still kept on spreading around her small body. With all the effort she had put in  Gem was now able to get up on her feet and right then immediately she dashed towards the door, which was still very much open.  

But every step she took felt like her feet were being stabbed repeatedly over and over again with sharp needles and it was really difficult to take another step forward. But she knew she had to and she really couldn't stop now not at any cost. 

Limping she immediately walked out of the bedroom and made a run for it as she saw the main door of the house. The minute she stepped outside the cold wind immediately hit her skin. She didn't have her coat and the cold air almost poked her now numb skin. But she really didn't care about any of this. Her eyes looked for an escape and while breathing hard and looking around her eyes lands on a woman she has never seen before. And the woman too just like her looked sacred and Gem knew why.  

Without thinking for a second Gem ran for it. Still limping and still in a massive amount of pain she continued to run down the stairs and immediately made her way towards the forest area which was right next to the house she just was in. Faster and faster her legs kept on moving even though she wanted to stop Gem knew she couldn't do that and so she continued. Her eyes start to water rapidly. Her breath was uneven making her almost miss a few steps as she clearly wasn't getting enough oxygen to her brain. And Nara, on the other hand, was stuck in her place as she just stood there paralyzed. Her body refused to move an inch even though she saw dead right in front of her, she still didn't move a single muscle in her body.   

But something changed in her right at this moment. Right at the moment, she looked at the princess. The very first time she saw her the princess looked very different. She was nothing like the monster they all once saw right in front of their eyes. She looked nothing like that demon and this shocked her more than ever. The girl didn't scare her when she looked at her, she just looks like any other girl in the village. 

Nara still stood there not exactly sure what was really happening, Could this innocent looking girl really be the princess of the kingdom they are left behind them. Because all she saw was a scared girl running for her survival and she did see fear in her eyes too and all of this truly has confused Nara. 

"WHERE IS SHE?." A thunderous voice alerted Nara and also scared her at the same time. She immediately turns around to look at Rummy and his men walk towards her and they all looked very furious and dangerous. It was almost like they all saw red and that was it. 

"Where is she, Nara ?." He asks her one more time and tries not to scare her although it is very easy for all of them to do so. But Nara didn't say a word and rather just kept quiet for a few seconds as her mind was debating about whether to say it or not to and it really confused her. She could have just pointed towards the forest and that could be it but something inside her made her feel someway. Seeing the scared girl really affected her and she just stood there looking at him.

But Rummy and his men couldn't wait there any longer and immediately pushed past her and walked up towards the house as faster as possible and the moment they went into the house the men just spread up and without wasting a single second started to look for her. The men knew what they all had to do to save the village from this poison. She is out here alone and defenseless and he knew he just had to kill her. Even though Noah isn't here to make the call he knew he had to and he cared less of what Noah would do about this. He truly cares less about anything which only got him in trouble.

"Did you find her ?." He asked his men as he made his way out of the main room.

"She is not her Rem." One of his men said walking out of another room "She isn't here either." Another one said walking out of the room too. He and his men truly felt disappointed but he knew he and his men would soon find her. Where is she gonna go? and how far is she gonna go?. He smirked as he thought to himself and turned around and walked out of the house and towards Nara. looking right at her. 

"Where is she ?." He asked one more time. All though she didn't want to do it, Nara didn't really have a choice in this 

"She ran away." A small whisper came out of her and that was it. That was all she said to Rummy. He and his men looked around to see which direction she would have run towards. But Rummy's eyes were stuck towards the forest area. And he, in fact, was very much sure she would have run in there. He looked at his men one more time and immediately started to make his way towards the forest area and the man followed right behind him without question him. 

"There you are. I have been trying to find both of you everywhere." Anthony said when he saw both Mar and Jo as both of them were talking to each other and by now Jo had relaxed up a little bit. and this did calm Mar down too. "We were just about to come back."

Jo was the one to say this to Anthony while slowly patting Mar on the shoulder making him laugh at the gesture. And right on time, they all see Neio walk up to them too with Jonnah right behind him and he too looked tall and built up like every other man in this village. But Jonnah was older, his hair had already turned grey.

"What are all you boys doing here ?." Jonnah asked them as Neio was trying to breathe like a normal person one more time. Before any of them could really answer that question Anthony immediately jumps night at the conversation. 

"There is no time to answer all of this, we all have go back right now."He said and all of them looked right at him. Just like how his tone was strength forward, his facial expression too was a little different than it usually was. And this immediately brought a lot of things in every body's minds. 

"What happened," Jo asks walks a bit closer towards Anthony looking. Mar, on the other hand, looked extremely worried. 

"Is it the girl ?." He asked him and wanted him to answer faster. And when he didn't do so Mar immediately burst up. 

"IS IT THE GIRL ?." He asked him again as his voice started to rise again and this alarmed everyone.

Anthony looked at all of them but not at Jo. He slowly took a deep breath and just said it.

"She is not just some girl Mar." He said looked at him and only saw the confusion grow inside of him. "What do you mean ?." 

"She.... she is the princess."

Right after he said that it almost felt like all the air in their body had just left them. A big gasp was heard and it was quite very loud and every single man who stood here his eyes had just popped out of the utter shock of the most terrifying news.  

"What do you mean?." Neio asks.

"She is the princess. It's her." Anthony said again not changing anything. It was pretty straight forward. But the men just looked really confused.

"She looked nothing like her." Neio again commented on this. But was still very much shocked by this information. The fact that he stood so close to the monster he has feared all his life really terrified him in every way possible. A chill literally ran down his spine as fear immediately crept in.

All of them had had an encounter with the princess back when all of them used to stay in the kingdom but she never looked like this before. The girl they brought in was different. She looked innocent, she really looked innocent and not a demon like.

Jo had a completely different feeling about this. His blood was boiling and nothing felt the same now. This time he didn't have anxiety but this time he had raged. That is all he felt now. Only rage.

"What did you say ?."Jo asks as his voice changed just a little bit and all of them knew why. They all knew how this affected Jo.  Anthony looked at him one time and saw a completely different man in front of him.

"She is the princess. And we have gone before Noah gets there first." Anthony said walking closer towards Jo and he slowly placed both his hands on his shoulders. With an effort to comfort him.  Which was clearly not working but suddenly from the corner they all heard a small wimp coming from Neio and they all turn to look at him. 

"That's the thing....." He said but his voice came out like a small whisper. 

"What do you mean by that ?." Mar asks him and Neio tries to answer the question but is very much unable to as his eyes land on the men in front of him. But immediately Jonnah starts to speak on behalf of Neio.

"Noah knows and he is on his way."

"Good, we all have to go back now before something happens in the village," Anthony says and all of them nod their heads and they knew they had to reach the village before Noah does. Anything could happen now and right after Anthony said so all the men immediately started to make their way towards the village. Mar walks a little further and turns around to see Jo still standing right there.

"Jo comes on we have to leave." Jo didn't say anything back to him. He just nodded his head slowly taking in a deep breath and started to walks right behind them and all the men now took off. They all were ready to face what was going to come for them.

 "She couldn't have gone, far boss." One of Remmy's men tells him as they keep on searching for the princess who as they knew was very much hurt and would be very easy for them to find eventually. The fact that her death will be trough the hands of him made him feel like a huge gain of victory already, even before he had caught her. His men have scattered everywhere around the forest trying to find the girl and they all were making sure they didn't miss out any part of the deep and dense forest.  

"What if we don't find her ?." 

"She won't be able to go far away, People said she was hurt," Rummy said and started to move forward still with one motive in his mind. 

The princess, on the other hand, was limping as she tried to moved and keep moving forward and forward trying her very hard not to make any sounds from her mouth and she also made sure she avoided twigs on her way. Her body hurt with every movement she took. Every time some weight was put on her feet or on any part of her body she immediately felt a jolt on that exact place sending her body into shock and immense amount of pain immediately and her eyes would soon be filled with tears from the pain she had to endure over and over again in the means of escaping from here. And even though she had no idea where she would go but she knew she couldn't stay here. Gem knew she would never be welcomed or be excepted ever. Not here and not anywhere else.

Still running for her life, immediately Gem hears something from a far distance and her breath just got caught. Her body suddenly stopped functioning is it was before and all of this happened because of the fear that completely consumed her entirely. But keeping all of those feelings out of the way Gem not caring about anything just ran again. Completely forgetting about her pain or at least she tried to forget about her pain. But she stepped on it. 

"She must have gone his way." A strong voice echoed the forest immediately alarming Gemma again. And she continued to run. With her body again slowly giving up on her she really didn't know what to do. She didn't know if it would be possible for her to leave this place and hide somewhere else. She felt like this was it. Now that her legs were giving up too Gem started to use her hands to hold onto a tree or its branch and move forward. Her hands would have a tight grip on the trees covered with snow and she literally pushes her body to move and keep moving. 

"Keep moving boys." Another voice scares her to death and this time she knew the men were closer than before and immediately terrified her. At this point her breathing got bad, inhaling and exhaling was getting harder and harder by the second and this was affecting her and her motives to keep moving and to escape.

She doesn't mean any harm to these people, she never meant any harm to anyone ever in her entire life but she knew none of them truly knew anything about her or what had happened to her and she knew she wouldn't live to tell anyone this either and that she was a curtain of. 

"She is closer boys." Someone's voice was again heard and this time it felt like the men were only a few feet away from her and like they were almost right behind her. Gem turns around to see if she can find them but she has seen no one. Gem continued and ones again she turns around to look if they were right behind her and the moment she did so her body collided to something very very thick and extremely strong and the moment she comes to contact with it her body falls back to the ground with a loud thud and she immediately falls right on her hand making this impact even more painful to her. Even though there was a thick snow bed it didn't matter Gem fell directly onto some large fallen tree branches which in return affected her more.

The minute she fell on the ground she could hear people around her immediately. More footsteps and more voices. She opens both her eyes that she didn't know were closed and right in front of her she sees seven to eight men she has never seen before and with fear Gem immediately backs away from all of them. The fear of getting hurt or dying surrounded her now and when she backed away from all of them someone immediately grabbed onto her from behind her scaring her even more.

"Where do you think you are going ?." Asks the person right behind her and Gem shakes in fear for her life. The fact that she just encountered someone else in her life terrified her in every way.

She tries her best to get away from the man but his grip on her was so tight she knew she wasn't going anywhere and this is it. suddenly she sees a movement right in front of her and her eyes immediately turn to look at a man who looked terrifying. He was moving closer towards her and because of that reason, Gem started to back away from him.

"Stay put princess." The guy holding her said as her thrashing around was irritating him already.

And the man gets even closer towards her looking deep into her eyes.

"Good evening princess, how are we today?." He asked her smirking at her. For a split second he was baffled to see her because she looked nothing like the monster they all encountered but rather she looked very very beautiful. scared but beautiful. Her eyes weren't black and veins weren't popping out of her eyes and her neck like they all had seen before. But she, she looked human just like all of them. 

She was grunting and thrashing around so that she could escape but everyone knew that wasn't going to happen at all. And the moment he reached her and was close enough to her he immediately came to a stop right in front of her. 

"You can't run away now." He said looking at her like she had offended them. He said so and looked around to his men too while Gem was literally shaking in fear for her life as sweat started to drip down her face. and paranoia started to creep in.

Rummy slowly turns back to look at her one more time as a small smirk started to grow on his face the moment he made eye contact with her.

"We still have your execution to hold, princess." He said looking deep into his eyes and immediately Gem's eyes started to get filled with tears and it seemed like her body was giving up too.

"Take her back." He said to his men and without wasting a single second the man holding Gem he drags her away from there and all the men follow right behind them as they drag her back to the village where they could finally kill the monster that killed their loved ones and this will finally be the end of the horror they all had to go through for years and years.

She and her demon will finally come to an end.
