Daisy I waved to the barman and asked for another large pint of beer. The men around me whistled and kept trying their luck with me. One of them, a brave one, stroked my thigh and I smiled at him, took his hand and said as the i***t smiled lovingly. - No touchy! - I've broke his fingers back. I wasn't strong enough to break them but a few definitely got dislocated. The other two murmured something and walked away clearing my way to my prey. I've hopped between the girl and the guy who kept playing with her hair. She looked relieved and surprised, while he got pissed. - Hey! f**k off Asian b***h! - he said and I lifted my fingers in a motion like someone who is trying to examine a rare picture. - Hm... - then turned to the girl. - Yeah, just as I thought! - What are you talking about b***h?! - he roared and I sighed sadly putting the pint of beer in front of him. - She is like fine wine, I don't think an degenerated i***t like you would be able to handle her, but fear not! This is exactly to your level! Enjoy buddy, this round is on me. - I've grabbed the girl's hand and pulled her after me. - Are you okay? - I've asked and she nodded but her eyes widened and she screamed. - BE CAREFUL! - I turned around and got hit in the back of my head with the pint glass. As it shattered the cold beer and hot blood dripped down my neck and I saw red. The guy grabbed me by my jacket and I felt sorry for my favorite clothes. It will take time to get rid of the beer smell and the blood stains... I've pouted and he shook me. - I'm not a rattle i***t! - I shouted and punched him in his Adam's apple. He released me and gasped for air. I've walked to the bar and asked the bartender with a bit drowsy smile. - Hey buddy, I'd like to order. - he looked horrified. - What do you need? - I giggled. - Ice, clear not shaken! - he rolled his eyes and went to fetch me a bag of ice to my thumbing head. In the meantime, my lovely new friend got himself together and shouted at me. - Who do you think you are? - he asked and I've shrugged. - Currently or in general? Currently a knight in shining armor, and in general an introverted couch potato! - he got even more pissed which I have no idea why, sice I answered his question genuinely. - DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEA WHO I AM?! - Seriously... What's wrong with the men in this city? - What are you talking about?! - he asked with his face distorted by anger, I've sighed and tried to explain as slow as I could. - Every damn time, someone tried to ask from me if I knew who they are... Dude! Carry and ID card for the love of God! Don't expect me to know everything please... - the bartender brought the ice and I put it on my head with a happy grin. - Oh yes... - I've took my heels off and kept the ice on my head with the other. - Best damn feeling ever! - I exclaimed and the guy, who didn't know who he was, lifted his hand to punch me. As a reflex I lifted my heels and hit his shoulder. He shouted as a wild animal and fall on the floor screaming. - Oh shoot.... My shoe! - I saw the heel of my high-heels sticking out of his shoulder on the soft spot. I crunched down and tried to pull it out when a door swung open and my glance met with Marcus's. A dangerously pissed off voice shook the bar. -WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON? - With my empty hand I've waved to Marcus and both Marcus and Max were utterly shocked. I saw Max mumble something but I couldn't hear him well. Pulling off my cutest smile I've said. - Hey guys! Sorry! I got carried away! - the guy who came up with Marcus busted into a laugh with tears and said. - I take it back! Delicate my ass! This little one is fragile like a bomb! - I've looked at Marcus who couldn't get his eyes off of me and the screaming man. The bartender rushed in with two paramedics who took the injured guy away, with my half pair of shoe. - Wait a second gentleman! - I tried to stoo them but it was useless. Fuck... I really liked that shoe. The girl I saved from that asshole rushed to the older tall, irish guy who just appeared with Marcus. - Daddy! - she screamed and flew into his arms. He hugged the girl. How beautiful should her mother be that she looks this nice? I mean... She definitely didn't take after her father. I've thought and sat back to my seat and my new friend the pack of ice. A little later the man came and bowed slightly while Max and Marcus finally snapped out of their surprise and came to check on me. - Young Lady, thank you for taking care of my little daughter. - I've smiled and with a giggle added. - No biggie! She seemed so scared that I couldn't sit still. Marcus We were already standing next to Daisy, who, I still don't know how, defeated one of Donald's new gang members with her high heels. Donald came to thank her, her services and Daisy with her easy going personality waved the thanks off with a smile. Suddenly, her lively eyes got hued and she lost balance. I've managed to grab her before she fell off of the bar chair and that's when I saw. Her honey blond hair was tainted red with blood. - What happened? - I've asked but Daisy lost consciousness. - MAX BRING THE CAR! We must take her to the hospital. - Max ran out to obey my orders with a little worry on his face. Donald's daughter, Sloan gasped and started crying. - It's all my fault! - she cried, but neither me nor Donald blamed a seventeen years old girl. - Sloan, tell me quickly what happened please. - I've asked while waiting for Max's return. Sloan told everything and I looked at the stunned Donald. -I'll need the security footage. - I said and he nodded. - I must see it to myself as well. Please let us know how she is doing! - he said and I've nodded grabbing Daisy into my arms and rushing out. Max was already there with the car and we headed to the nearest hospital immediately. Daisy didn't move nor said a word. I put my jacket to her injury but it wasn't bleeding anymore. Daisy I've opened my eyes and everything was very shiny and white, so I closed them quickly mumbling. - Am I dead? - Nope. But after that stunt you've pulled last night, in your case I'd wish I was. - I turned my head towards the sound and opened my eyes slowly. Max was sitting on a chair next to my bed. - Where are we? - In the hospital. You hurt your head pretty badly. Marcus told you to stay put and out of trouble. I've warned you, not to cause him problems. - Max said angrily and I sighed. - It wasn't me, flying pint glasses are really rare in this season. - he rolled his eyes and started scrolling down on his phone. Such a stubborn i***t. Why did Sonia fall for him? It's going to be a mystery forever...
