Chapter Thirty-Seven

Finally, The Christmas morning, and since victoria had no one in her home, she spent her christmas with the hilton's. Mrs Hilton already loved the idea of victoria being her daughter in law, so she was overjoyed when she came to their home to celebrate the Christmas.

"This is what i've always prayed for. Your late mother, may her soul rest in peace, and i had always prepared the christmas weddings." mrs hilton said.

"Mother!" kris called out to her

"Don't mother me silly, I'm still yet to see your man."

"Mother!" leah called out this time.

Mrs Hilton smiled broadly, "I like the sound of that, i expect you to also call me mother from now on vicki."

Victoria smiled, "Yes, mother."

Mrs Hilton's smile widen, her sons exchanged glances and shook their heads, while kris rolled her eyes. They ate and talked about leah and xander's wedding all through dinner, no matter how liam and victoria tried to escape the topic, they couldn't. Mrs Hilton was overly excited, and who could blame her, her two sons finally had a woman in their lives, she had started her counts down to the part where she begins to carry her grandkids. Which was in the next eight months, unknown to her anyway.

After dinner, it was time to open the gift, everyone gathered by the christmas tree in the living room.

"Before we begin, I'll like to say that i'm very happy and pleased that you both are here with us." mrs Hilton said, she was referring to leah and Victoria, who exchanged glances and smiled.

"We're glad to be here." Victoria replied

The boys were the first to receive their christmas gifts from everyone, they both hurried upstairs to play with their new acquired toys. The adults were left to have adult moments together, couples together, kristen and Mrs Hilton on one couch. Xander received a gift box from leah and when the content was revealed, it was a baby pair of shoes;

"Wait, i..i think i got the wrong....." he stuttered, he stared at leah as she smiled and shook her head. "No?"

Liam chuckled, "It's for you stupid." he said

"We're having a baby." leah announced.

"Really?!" Xander exclaimed, leah nodded and in an instant Xander hugged her as he planted kisses all over her face.

"Oh my world, I'm gonna be a grandmother soon." mrs hilton clasped her hands together.

"I hope they boys too." kristen said

"No!" both leah and xander yelled in unison.

Everyone burst out in laughter, the couple's phobia for more boys in the house was understandable, Tommy and Todd was a lot to handle. But they were both good and adorable kids.

"Come on liam, what surprise do you have for vicki?" Kristen asked

"Can't we just celebrate the baby news tonight?" liam asked

"Come out with it bro." Xander winked at him.

Liam sighed and brought out the little gift box from his jacket pocket, he handed it to victoria with a note. While she concentrated on opening it up, he got down on one knee and said what was written on the note.

'On the 25th September 2010 was the first time i saw you in a blue princess dress and a tiara, from that moment i knew i wanted to spend forever with you. Victoria Craven, please spend forever with me.'

There was a ring box inside the little gift box, she opened the ring box and gasped. "Please Tori, Marry me."

Shocked and Surprised, victoria was speechless, she could only nod and that was all liam wanted. He took the ring and placed in where it belonged, in the middle finger of her left hand.

"So we have two weddings to plan in this coming new year, I am the happiest mother in solvang." mrs Hilton said and hugged the new brides.

"Congratulations brother!" kristen said and hugged them both.

The hilton's had another member of the family, despite victoria was already considered a member, she had finally become an official member. Her childhood bestfriend was going to become her husband in a few weeks, this was what everyone had always wanted.
