Calib’s POV:
The sun had started to set and I was feeling restless. Aine was still not awake and that had me worried.
As the hours passed, I was able to see more and more out of my eye, but it still wasn’t as good as the other one, but for some reason I knew it was going to get there.
I heard a small murmur and I realised Aine was waking up. I moved to her side and took a seat on the couch next to her. Intently staring down at her.
Her eyes slowly fluttered open. I immediately noticed that her eye colour was different. Her eyes used to be a pale blue colour, her eyes were still really blue, but now they had gold flecks in them. I couldn’t stop staring at the unusualness of them. They were the most amazing thing I have ever seen.
“Aine, how are you feeling?”
