Kate knees down to be eye level with me. " Carter hunny, I need you to shift back now. I have some clothes for you to change into."

I look at her and she understands I'm trying to say I have no idea how so she explains.

"Now to change back you just need to think about your human form and you'll shift back okay?"

I did as late said and with in seconds I'm fully naked in a ball right in front of my Luna. I honestly forgot about this part of shifting, I changed back into the clothes Luna had brought me and surprisingly she knew my style!

"Luna, why can't anyone know about my wolf and her colour?" I ask curiously

"I know I have been Trying to have better control over myself, but lately every little thing just makes me snap and I can't control it." I say feeling defeated.

"Is something worrying you? Your birthday?"

"Kind of, I know I won't find my mate because nothing good ever happens to me... I don't even want to go to the ceremony, my friends can't know about it let a lone come and I don't even have a dress to wear and I don't need to be made fun off while I'm trying to control myself."

"Carter you will find your mate! Even if I have to help you look for him myself through every pack around I will. You are going to look absolutely stunning at the ceremony because you will have me and every one else will be jealous."

"It's Kate you you Carter, none of this formal business please! Seriously your mum was the same I lost count how many times I had to tell her." She laughs

" I really do miss her Kate, I feel like I'm forgetting her every day that i am alive." I burst out crying again. Like seriously why am I so emotional I never cry especially around people..

"Sweet heart, I know you miss your mum but you will never forget her and I'll make sure of that because I never want to forget her either."

"Promise?"

Kate smiles "I promise! Now off to class. I'll meet both you and Evan at the Coffee shop after school okay?"

I huff do I really have to go back now? "Okay, thanks again for everything Kate."

"The pleasure is all mine Carter." She smiles and waves me off as I head back through the forest to school.
