CHAPTER 5

I'm walking back to school mentally preparing myself for the 21 questions I'm about to get of Maney as we're both in the same class that I am about to walk into late. Luna had already mind link my teacher to explain my absence apparently as I walk with no questions asked, that was very rare.

Not even a second after sitting down Maney is looking at me worriedly.

"Carter are you okay? What happened you've been gone for ages! I tried to go after you but the boys just wouldn't let me past." He yell whispers. "I still don't know how they were strong enough to hold me back." He says low so that normal people couldn't hear.

Thanks to wolf hearing though I got a little giggle out of that part.

"I'm fine Maney, I just needed to clam down and let off some steam. I shouldn't have snapped like I did." I say regretting my actions. "I need to be stronger." I whisper to myself.

"As long as your okay and the goff ball didn't do anything after. Other wise I'll be the one taking him down." Maney never ceases to amaze me with how strong he believes he is. Thanks to my training though he is the strongest Human but he will never be stronger then a werewolf.

I just laugh him off to get off this subject and regretfully I ask what both Charlie and Maney were wanting to discuss about my birthday.

"We have 30 minutes left before we get a brake, it's better if both Charlie and I discuss this together so we don't have to go over everything again... since we both know your not going to want to do this twice." He can't help him self but laugh, He does know me so well.

The next 30 minutes went along really slow it felt like forever but eventually the bell rang and we were out the door waiting for our wonderful cheer leader Charlie to meet us.

"Carter!" Here she is. "I was so worried! Are you okay?" She runs up and hugs me.

"I'm fine Charlie." I say while hugging her back.

"Good! Now let's talk about your birthday!" She says all excited. "Maney and I was wanting to take you out for lunch and spend the day with you since school as a student free day!" She says with hope in her eyes.

"Of cause guys I'd love to spend the day with you! Dad's working during the day anyway so if be stuck at home bored anyways. I just need to be home by 4 as dad wants us to spend the night together and all." I say as I can't really tell them the real reason for having to cut it then.

"Oh sweet so we can have breakfast at the cafe down the road from your house and you will do anything else we want until 4?" Maney says with smirk on his face.

Like what was he up to really? Oh well here goes nothing. "Yes Maney we can do Breakfast and then do whatever else you have planned but won't tell me."

"Yay!" They both say. Then the bell rings for our next class which unfortunately for me neither of them are with me. So we all go our separate ways to our classes.

As I'm walking to class Evan and his mates are walking towards me, then as they make there way to my side turn back around and walk in the direction to my class. "How you feeling?" Evan and his mates ask me at the same time.

"I'm fine now, thanks for asking." I say will a confused look while continuing to walk.

"We all just wanted to say that we were sorry for coming at you earlier. We have all agreed to not speak of hit to Alpha John, we don't want you getting in trouble over our mistake." Kevin which will be Evans Beta said.

I froze are they serious? I hadn't thought about what the Alpha would do to me if he found out. "I really appreciate that guys. I promise it won't happen again."

"Actually I was wondering if you could show me some of your training skills. We all figured your dad must be training you or showed you some stuff if you can break our future Alphas Jaw with one hit. Especially when you hadn't even shifted yet." Kevin says while laughing.

I'm lost for words I can't really refuse, but I don't know if i can trust them. "Um... Yeah sure I can work out something in my free time I guess."

"Awesome! I can't wait! Here's my number so you can message me when your free and we will come train." Kevin says excitedly like a little kid at Christmas.

"Oh okay then, well I need to get to class now boys so see you later."

"Don't forget were meeting mum at the Coffee shop after school so I'll give you a lift." Evan says as I'm about to run off before I'm late.

"Yeah sure see you then."
