Never
I had woken up feeling slightly better but parched.
I got out of bed and made my way down the stairs to get some water, but stopped when I heard voices coming from the study.
As I made my way closer, I could hear what was being said.
“Father has lost it this time,” Vick said.
“You expected something different to happen? You know how he is,” Andy added.
“This is all my fault. I shouldn’t have-
“Don’t blame yourself bro. We know him, he would have done something like that anyway. We know you’re not to blame.” Andy told his brother, trying to comfort him.
“This wouldn’t have been a problem if our father could have kept it in his pants. And now, instead of just throwing money at the problem, he’s decided to embrace it. Did you see mom’s face the other day?” Vick
