I was nervous, feeling the eyes of so many on me as I ate. Trying to remember which fork to use, which spoon. Which foods were better for finger foods and which needed a utensil. Honestly, it was too hard for me, feeling their scrutinized gazes, and I barely ate, mostly pushing the food around as it was placed on my plate.
