Chapter 113: Power Levels of abilities.

When abilities were first introduced to the human race, people quickly learned that some were far more powerful than others. With this came the introduction of the power level system. There was a total of 8 different power levels. 1 being the weakest and 8 being the strongest. These levels could also be further divided into 1.1, 1.2, 1.3 all the way to 1.9 and it was the same for each level.

There were two ways for people to obtain abilities. When the war started with the Gayas, people who had called themselves Superheroes started to share their powers with the outside world. They wrote down how they obtained this power and put the information down in things called, ability books.

These ability books went on for sale to the public and the military kept some of the stronger ones to themselves. Generally, ability books from level 1 to 5 were sold to the public. While giant corporations and the military kept the higher ones to themselves.

The second way to obtain an ability is if you are from the All ability family. The All ability families are a separate part but among the so called suoerheroes. The leader of their family who was said to be a scientist in the past, told everyone that he got his powers through his own sacrifice and risk and his ability can only be shared to his own blood. Many people tried to seduce him so he could get them pregnant but this man turned down all their requests as he made a run for his life.

It was said that he lives in the middle of a sea with his family and only once in a while do people get to see him. Maybe at a very important meeting with the other heroes of war.

Not all ability users chose to share their abilities to do outside world and decided to keep it within their bloodline. The All ability families who are also called the special, usually had the strongest abilities that went beyond level 8. There was no way for the government to measure its power because it wasn't public knowledge.

From the memories that this girl have, Mia could see that she had always been a level 1. She had no family members to support her, so she couldn't afford to have an ability book. More unlucky, her family had no abilities themselves so she wasn't a special.

It made Mia wonder how the parents of this girl were able to get such a book. And also, the girl had been given this book since she was a little kid, why didn't the book activated since but when herself had fell into the future, it had recognize her presence and had directed her mind inside the body of the girl. What kind of association did she have with the book?

This is all getting confusing to Mia.

Before she fell into the future portal, didn't the seer see the future, or didn't the supreme creator knew they were about to fall into the portal? do they have a hand in all what is happening right now.

From what Mia saw in the girl's memories, she discovered that the ability books that she was hoping to buy doesn't look the same to the book that had her mind directed into the girl's mind. Yet, the book was able to Grant her powers and a system.

"Just what powers did the book gave me?"

Mia lifted up her hand to look at the watch which indicated her current power level was one. When she looked around, he noticed that everyone else's watches currently indicated the same number.

Seargent Nick was currently standing in front of all the students as he called the names of the students in groups of five.

These students would then be transported somewhere to take the power level test. Mia was wondering what level her powers would be when she takes the test. It can't be hard though, since she still have some of her dragon powers with her, perhaps. But while thinking of this, she received an unexpected and same message she had once received.
