Sixty Seven: The forger

"What do we call you Miss?" One of the reporters asked.

"You can call me Mia. Yeah, that's my name." Mia answered. She's hoping to get herself popular through this.

"So, will you be participating in the Grand Beast Contest that will be held this evening?" The reporters asked.

"Maybe. I'll give it a thinking first." Mia said as she exited the whole game arena. But before she could go anywhere further, the game coordinator had came to meet her.

"You forgot to take your rewards for defeating the beast." The man said as he presented a beast crystal to her. The crystal seems to be of an higher tier, so she decided to ask someone who knows more about beast crystals, maybe a forger or someone who had fought different types of beast.

She thanked the man and before the man left, he told Mia to please participate in the evening contest. Mia smiled at the man and they both went on their separate ways.

Mia is walking through the market of the kingdom and she's trying to communicate with the seer to inform her that she will be a little bit late outside. She sent the message through a magical item that the seer gave to her some months ago when they were still in the Darwin Kingdom.

The device can be used to send message and also it can be used to receive message from anyone, just as long as the person has the same device as you. Mia was wondering what the seer used to create the device but since she didn't tell her anything about it, she decided to leave it be.

Right now, she is making her way to a forger who could forge a gauntlet for her with the crystal she gained from the Minotaur and to know what type of crystal the man gave her.

After walking around for some minute, she finally saw the forger. Actually what she saw was a forging room, so she had to enter the room to know if the forger is inside. Luckily the forger was inside but he was busy hammering away on some crystals.

"Hello!" Mia said and the forger jerked off in fear. The sudden shout from Mia had scared him.

"How many times do I have to tell you not to sneak up on me." The man said unaware of who was behind him.

And when he turned to look at who it was he was surprised.

"Ohh La La!" The man said as he saw a beauty in front of him.

"Err, hello." Mia tried to call the man back to his senses.

"Ohh, sorry. My bad. How can I help you? I didn't know you were a customer, I thought it was my niece who always sneak on me every time." The man said. With the way he looks, he is not older than thirty two years of age. He is a tall man and he is still someone with big arms and muscles.

His hair is dark and he had it trimmed well.

Mia brought out the emperor tier beast crystal that was with her as she handed it to the man.

"Can you forge a gauntlet using this crystal?" Mia asked.

"So you want to forge a punching hand, Ahahah!" The man laughed.

"Anything you call it." Mia answered.

"Then there's no problem, it will be ready tomorrow." The man said.

"Tommorow?" Mia exclaimed, " Can't it be done today?"

"Hello, there are a lot of Jobs in front of me that I have to complete before starting yours." The man said and Mia decided to accept it like that.

' I guess I'll have to use my broken fist to fight.' Mia said.

She brought out the beast crystal that was given to her by the game coordinator as she showed it to the forger.

"What kind of crystal is it? What is it's tier??" Mia asked.

The man stared at the crystal before placing it on a scale. After that he brought out another type of crystal that was similar to the Mia gave to him.

"It is a Minotaur's crystal and it is at the legendary tier level. Do you wish to create another type of gauntlet using this crystal?" The man asked.

"Nope." Mia said as she took back the crystals that was in the hands of the man.

"How did you even get the crystals? I'm gonna get you stole it." The man asked and Mia showed her what was being displayed on the holographic screen.

The man was surprised as he saw that the person who killed the Minotaur was the one in front of him.

"Hey, you're the girl." The forger exclaimed in excitement.

"Sure, anything bad in that?" Mia asked.

"Oh gosh where's that recording crystal, everyone must see me having a picture with you." The man said as he went inside to bring out a recording crystal.

"Gosh, people." Mia said.

Soon after the man came in with the recording crystal in his hands. The recording crystal is just like a phone but this recording crystal deals only with recordings, video recording and sound recording.

There are still some other phone like crystals that deals in different aspect of entertainment. There are phone like crystal that can be used to play games, the ones that display movies, the one that could be used to listen to songs.

So, the difference between a phone and a phone like crystal is that a single phone could be used to achieve different things while a single phone like crystal can only be used for a single thing.

After having a recording with the man, Mia asked for when she should come the following day.

"Wait, I have something for you." The man said as he went inside his forged weapon store and he brought out a golden gauntlet.

"This is a Demi legendary Gauntlet, the only gauntlet in existence." The man said.

"Demi legendary Gauntlet, I've never heard of that." Mia replied.

"That's a joke, there's nothing like that, I just gave the Gauntlet that name." The man said smiling, "Let me tell you a secret, these gauntlets are made from the combination of three high beast tiers. A legendary beast crystal, a Demi god beast crystal, and an emperor beast crystal." The man explained.

"Wow that's great, can I try it on." Mia requested and the man willingly gave it to her.

She slipped the Gauntlets into her hands and try a few punches in the air. The force was strong and Mia knew that the durability of the weapon would be long as well.

"You can have it,.. I give it to you for free." The man said.
