" Who shot this arrow?" Ioness held the arrow upwards showing them.
Samuel fidgeted , he was feeling embarrassed.
" I did, but I'm really really sorry , no one comes here at this hour of evening so I thought it'll be save here."
Ioness was not interested in any one of the boys. She saw the boy with tanned skin was really sorry, so she let it go.
Ioness didn't want to catch much attention if situation doesn't require it. She is a proud person but a sensible one too, she still only have 5% of her power she can't take trouble
" Hmmm....okay" she calmly handed over the arrow to the tanned skin boy. Nate was shocked that was not the reaction he was expecting.
Ioness was well aware of Nate's confusion, he mostly has seen her killing people..... lets correct it cruelly killing people, but what he doesn't know is that she was not born cruel, circumstances made her one. She wanted to live a happy contented life but she wasn't granted one, yet she never complained to anyone , what life threw at her she kept on fighting it . She never had lost one fight if not for that so called crafty God.
" Thank you" tanned skin boy accepted the arrow.
" I'm Samuel Johnson"
Samuel proudly announced his name he was king's brother in law.
" I'm Daniel Luther"
Samuel looked shocked as golden haired boy introduced himself. There was no one who didn't knew him, he was known prodigy as well as renowned scholar's son. He was surely flaunting himself. But he was more surprised to see the girl's peculiar behavior, it was like she don't know Daniel nor is she interested.
" Ioness Stewart"
Samuel looked at her with wide eyes. Ioness Stewart, Prime minister's Eldest daughter who didn't ever come out of her house. There was a rumor that her father didn't love her, some rumor also said that she was so ugly that anyone would die just by seeing her .
" What is your level of power?"
Ioness looked at golden haired boy who called himself Daniel. His eyes were filled with curiosity.
She saw it right he was filled with curiosity, as he could not sense her power level, the power level that was being sensed by him is of class D , but that's not possible as she stopped a arrow shot with full power of class A.
" business?"
Shocked , this word is small to determine both boys feelings. She not only questioned Daniel but she was even reluctant in questioning him like it wasted her precious time.
They would have spit out blood if they would've known that's exactly what she was thinking .
Why in hell are they wasting my time, I did forgave them right then they should be happy. Jeez These pathetic people.
" Ah...." Daniel was trying to figure out what to say to her but he couldn't form anything.
It was first time this happened to him. Every girl liked to talk to him, they even flaunted their good got nothing skills yet this girl carry an obvious look that said 'f**k off don't waste my time you pathetic piece of sh*ts'
" Eldest Miss"
A shrill loud shout was heard of a girl. Ioness turned towards the speaker, the girl who was running all the way to find her master stopped and a took deep breath, she was panting heavily.
That's when she noticed that the man she always admired was looking at her all his attention was at her. Daniel was looking at her but this was not the state she wanted him to look at her. Then she suddenly remembered her purpose even though she admired Daniel but she didn't want to be punished by eldest miss.
" Eldest Miss , master, your father has returned"
Just as she said Ioness smiled a cold smile. Lets meet him then.
All the shivered by seeing her smile while Nate's smile widened even more.
