Chapter 7With each passing day, the full moon came closer and closer. During this time, Jupiter and Shane were especially close. Maybe it was because Jupiter knew that Shane needed the closeness, or maybe it was because Jupiter never knew if he would make it home again—ever. And then it happened. The full moon hung heavy in the nighttime sky, and Jupiter began to feel the burning in his veins and jumped out of bed.
