CHAPTER 5. SHOW ME LOVE (NOT A DREAM)

2020 Words
Since Everlyn was awkwardly quiet, Addison broke the ice by speaking, "The girls from my classroom made me accompany them to a diner because they wanted to talk to me about romance." Everlyn finally looked at Addison, who seemed to express her dismay regarding her outing, "One of the girls was in love with a guy because he had good specs, but she was dating another as he was older and more promising. She then spoke that she was having a hard time as she couldn't choose between them." After finally sighing, Addison went on to conclude, "This is so stupid. I don't understand why I was even a part of this conversation. If she keeps on double dating, she's going to end up with neither of them." Though Everlyn didn't speak anything as she couldn't find an appropriate response, she admired her innocence and pure heart. Then, Addison rested her head on the pillow and invited Everlyn too. "Are you sleeping so soon?" asked Everlyn while trying to conceal her awkwardness. Unfortunately, Addison failed to notice. Listening to Addison asking her to hurry up, Everlyn joined her soon. With her body burning with excess heat, Emily found it hard to breathe. Worse of all, she feared that she might freak her dear friend. "Sorry, my bed is a little too small," complained Addison and then yawned while staring at the ceiling with her tired eyes. As a result of exhaustion, Addison shut her eyes and tried to get some sleep. Everlyn, on the contrary, clenched her feast and tried to control her intensifying heartbeat. 'Crap! I'm scared! What would she think if she were to find out?' Everlyn's thoughts concerned her fear of being exposed. She could go through anything but losing her best friend. She, therefore, tried to take a heavy breath and stop herself from getting excited. While Addison fell asleep soon, Everlyn kept governing her unusual intentions. Around 2o' clock in the afternoon, Everlyn's eyes opened up to look at Addison's adorable sleeping face. While staring at her face, she hadn't anticipated what could result out of staring. All she knew was that she found it hard to practise self-control whenever she was around her. After being watched, Addison too woke up and asked Everlyn, "Tell me about the person you have that big crush on." While Everlyn stared at her dumbfounded, Addison insisted, "I want to know. Will you tell me?" Addison stared at her face innocently, utterly interested in wanting to know more about the person that her friend had been crushing on. Everlyn, however, looked into her eyes while admiring the glittery gloss that she had applied on her lips. It was inviting. The sheen and bubblegum smell coming from her lips were overwhelming. Before she knew it, she grabbed Addison's cheek and forced her lips upon hers. Since Addison was half-asleep, she couldn't immediately respond. Just when she regained her consciousness and opened her eyes, she tried to move her face away. Everlyn didn't let go of her cheek and began kissing her again. Just when she started losing her breath, she let go of her and then climbed above her. While Evrerlyn's breathing got intenser, her face was as calm as ever. Addison was clueless about the whole thing and didn't understand what had just happened. In Everlyn's eyes, Addison saw herself, getting reflected. It was the first time she realised that Everlyn always reverted her gaze away from her whenever they used to talk to one another. Her long and thick strands of hairs fell right in front of her face as she asked, "I know that you don't like Zack, do you?" While Addison was so overwhelmed that she couldn't think straight, Everlyn went further to ask, "Why do you pretend to like him, Addi?" Whenever Evelyn observed Addison with Zack, she could sense it. Addison seemed to be pushing herself to like him. The actual feelings weren't there. While looking away, Addison asked gently, "What? What do you mean by that?" Instead of receiving a response, Addison felt the splatter of a tear on her cheek. It was from Everlyn. With tears in her eyes, Everlyn placed her palm against her cheek and confessed, "I know what's going on, Addi. I have been watching you. I can tell." While Everlyn wiped the tears from her eyes, Addison observed her and inferred in her head, 'She's so pretty.' Entrusting her genuine feelings, Addison chose to tell Everlyn the truth, "Well, there's somebody that I like, but that person doesn't think of me like that. That's why I am with Zack." Scared of being judged, Addison shut her eyes as she asked, "Do you think I'm pathetic?" While interlocking her fingers with Addison's, Everlyn asked, "Then, why not-- Why it can't be me? I might be able to comfort you too." Baffled, Addison just stared while Everlyn finally confessed, "Addi, I love you." Frozen in fear, Addison was thoroughly unsure of how to react. Therefore, Everlyn got away from her and reclined beside her after apologising, "Forgive me. I shouldn't have gone this far." Though Addison wanted to assure her that she didn't think much of it, she couldn't force words out of her mouth. She just managed to utter, "Mmm, it--" The girls slept through the night while looking in the opposite direction. In the morning, Everlyn left her house without a word. It was a Sunday. "During summers, Sundays shouldn't feel like this. Why it is so hard to get out of the bed?" asked Everlyn while rubbing her eyes. "Maybe, because I haven't slept since then." After placing her hand over her chest, Addison contemplated, "I didn't know that being the object of someone's affection was this heavy. Although I love her as a friend, I don't want to hurt her." It was then Addison's mother came into her room to wake her up, "Sweetie, it's already ten o'clock in the morning. Get up!" Addison barely managed to nod while the mother further spoke, "You've been this way since your friend left. Is everything alright?" "Mmmm," responded Addison and pleaded with the mother to let her sleep a little longer. Just when her mother left, Addison drew a small mirror from the drawer next to her and looked at herself in it. As she noticed her reflection, the dominant thoughts in her head that she perceived was self-loathing. "I'm no better. While I complained about not being loved, I do the same to the people that dare to love me," responded Addison as she fell on her knees and cried. Since Addison failed to reach downstairs for getting the breakfast, her mother returned to her room. Tenderly, the woman walked up to her and asked, "Are you okay?" "Me? Yeah, I'm good," lied Addison after getting back on her feet. "I might have forgotten to take the iron pills today. That's why I ended up falling." After perfectly concealing the hurt beneath a feign smile, Addison managed to put her mother to ease regarding her health. The moment her mother left, Addison discarded her clothes as she went into the bathroom. She then got dressed and decided to visit Zack for some emotional comfort. Meanwhile, Zack in his apartment was sleeping, having a vivid dream about Miss Natalie. He fantasised about sleeping next to her lady love. Discarding her blouse, the lady came towards him and pushed him on his bed. Embarrassed, he let her take the lead. As Miss Natalie brought her face closer to him in his dream, he woke up. "s**t!" yelled Zack while working through arousal. At that particular moment, he heard a knock on the door of his apartment. "Did I lock the door before sleeping yesterday?" speculated Zack. When the door made the creaky noise, and Addison peeked inside to check he was home, he realised he indeed had forgotten. Worried about being found out, Zack asked, "What are you doing here so early in the morning?" "Why? Is it bad timing?" asked Addison while striding towards his bed. Uncomfortable and twitching to have a release, Zack didn't want her to be near him. Addison lay down beside Zack, wrapped her arms around his waist while resting her head on his shoulder. A strong shudder followed by Zack pleading her to get away from him. "Why?" asked Addison after facing the guy. Zack embraced Addison while burying her head in his chest. Then, the guy prayed she doesn't look until its gone. Unfortunately, Emily wriggled to free herself from him. In the struggle to get away from him, her hand felt something that it shouldn't. While awkwardly gazing into his eyes, Addison asked, "Are you hard down there?" He couldn't say anything. He gently caressed Addison's head and hoped she wouldn't talk about it. Addison's eyes, however, were like struck. She kept staring at him to indicate her interest. 'Geez! She looks totally interested in it,' complained Zack in his head while appearing confused. Since Zack didn't know what he should say, the guy spoke, "Uhmm." "Yeah?" responded Addison, hoping he'd make the first move. "Touch it," spoke Zack. There was apparent domination in his voice. Soon, he remembers the time when Miss Natalie used to tutor her. It was a thing of his past that he had never shared before with anyone else. He had a thing with Miss Natalie.  While the woman used to teach her music, she used to toy with the guy. To ease her s****l itch, she used him. Zack didn't reminisce about the days when he mellowed out into a man, but about the time when she ended everything. While sitting on a bench in a stranded park in the evening, Natalie confessed to Zack, "Although the difference in our age isn't much, I enjoyed the time we spent together. However, it was a hassle to hide it." Hearing her breaking things off with him, Zack couldn't help but cry. He was fourteen at that time. After exhibiting pity for his tears, Natalie spoke, "You're a big guy, Zack! You can take care of yourself." After wiping his tears, Zack looked away. Watching him getting miserable, Natalie frowned as she apologised, "Forgive me for ruining your childhood." "No, it's all good," responded Zack and pretended it was indeed just a fling. Although the guy tried to showcase as if he didn't care and there was no connection, he lied. That was the day he realised two things. First, he would never love anyone. Second, he will never get over Natalie. As he got reminded of the things he had realised in her pre-teens, his body shivered, and he rushed to catch Addison's hand. "What happened?" asked a baffled Addison. Zack just shook his head while realising that his body and soul yearned for the woman he loved, Natalie.  "Why don't you let me touch you?" asked Addison. After shutting his eyes in shame, the guy spoke, "I won't be able to stop in the middle." Addison's eyes brimmed with tears as she expressed her desire of touching him, "Please let me do this. I want to touch you so bad." Observing Addison's urge, Zack couldn't help but conclude, 'I guess I'll never learn. I'm just a toy for adolescence and--" Before he could meditate anymore, he woke up due to the pain in his groin. "Stop it! You're hurting me," spoke Zack. Saddened by the confrontation, she responded, "How am I supposed to know how to this? This is my first time." Addison miserably failed in giving him a h*****b, but the guy forgave her instantly for her innocence. He moved towards her, held her hand gently and showed her the correct method. As she began stroking him down there, he faced her and let out faint moans. Pleasuring Zack, Addison felt a little relieved from her pain.  ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ AUTHOR’S NOTE ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Show your love by adding this book to your library. I will highly appreciate it.
