Fueled by Hatred

Oliver POV “Oliver, wake up!” Jayden pounded on my door, waking me up. I groaned and rolled over, my arm landing on someone’s back. My eyes immediately opened to see a sleeping girl with red hair and the night came back to me. I pushed her until she woke up as Jayden pounded on my door again. “Im awake, let me get ready!” I shouted angrily, jumping up and throwing Jessica’s clothes at her. “Get dressed and get out, I have s**t to do.” I said, throwing on some shorts and running out the door. When I made it downstairs, I swiped a couple of muffins, immediately eating one. The taste of crisp apple danced across my tongue, blueberry mixing with it as I ate the other muffin on my way to the field. “About time.” Chase said, already warming up. Jayden snickered at our brother. “I was just trying to sleep in.” I grumbled, beginning my stretches. “Trying to sleep in Jessica, huh?” Jayden laughed loudly, causing the group of trainees before us to watch us. I glared at Chase, who shrugged and laughed as well. “No. I was alone last night.” I snapped quietly, and Chase rolled his eyes. Don’t act like we all don’t know the kind of person you are. Chases voice floated through my head, but he was smiling and waving at the group. “Good morning everyone!” He said, bouncing on the balls of his feet. “I know it’s bright and early this fine Saturday morning, so we’re gonna do today easy. Just a 7 mile run around the border and training for border patrol.” Jayden groaned and I rolled my head, popping my neck. “Let’s go everyone, keep a good hustle. If anyone falls behind, we start over. I know you can do it!” Chase began jogging slowly, Jayden and I following close behind him. The rest of the group began to follow and we began a slow 7 mile trek around the border. It wasn’t so bad, our border was about 3 miles for the castle here. So we would only have to do 2 and a little over a half runs around the border. My thoughts kept pushing me as Chase and Jayden would yell facts about border patrol to the group, asking them to repeat the facts back. The chorus of voices accompanied by the pounding of so many unorganized feet against the earth let any animals know we were nearby. Little voles, squirrels, and rabbits darted around the underbrush, and Ranger was begging to be let out for a run. Not right now, we’re training. We can go for a run later. I barked at him and he grumbled back at me, leaving me alone. We continued our run, the three of us occasionally shifting positions to bring up the rear and make sure everyone was keeping up. We could handle this run no problem, but some pack members might not be able to. Everyone was keeping up just fine, our training hardening everyone appropriately. Some people couldn’t cut it and ended up being omegas, which wasn’t too rare but still didn’t happen often. After our training was over, it was past lunch time and we were all starving and ranging in tiredness. I broke away from everyone and walked into the dining hall, grabbing a few sandwiches and heading to the living room instead. “Yo my man, you good?” Trent said, sitting down with his plate. I nodded, my mouth full of sand which. “You sure man? Your brothers are saying you’ve been in a mood all day and I just wanted to check and make sure you’re okay.” I sat there in silence for a moment, staring at my sandwich. “You ever feel stuck?” I said quietly. He looked at me with his brows furrowed, confused. “Like you’re doing nothing but waiting. Stuck in one place with the same people every day?” “Yeah I sort of get it man. I used to feel that way a lot when I was 16, maybe 17.” He smiled at me as I finished my last sandwich. “Then I met Kendra and it’s like experiencing the world for the first time again. You’ll find her soon man. Just wait.” “What if I don’t like her?” I looked over at him and his eyes were wide. “I’m not sure, but as soon as I smelled Kendra and saw her…we’ll, I don’t think I’ve even noticed another girl since. It was like sparks flying. I absolutely adore everything about that woman as she continues to grow. I admire her courage and strength and intelligence, and she’s the most gorgeous woman in the world.” I began to tune him out, noticing Jessica from across the room. She was wearing a t shirt and leggings, but she looked so fine. She pissed me off for no reason. “Yeah Trent, that sounds like an experience that will put me at ease. I hope that’s how it happens for me.” I admitted, interrupting him. He looked started and began to blush. “Sorry for rambling man. I just love her so much.” I nodded in understanding, standing up and smacking our hands together in a handshake of a type. “I’ll see you later man.” “See ya man.” I said, walking out of the doorway. I passed the other doorway, catching Jessica’s eye and jerking my head, mouthing the word laundry as I walked by. I made my way to the laundry room, checking my phone as I waited for Jessica. The door clicked closed and I looked up to see bright ginger hair and a ton of freckles, a different shade of green than my own eye peering back at me. My anger flared up at how good she looked. Somehow she was a beautiful creature but she disgusted me so much. I stared her down, my dark hair falling into my eyes as my skin boiled. I grabbed her by the neck, being careful to not crush her windpipe, and pulled her closer to me. Her eyes looked up at me with excitement, making me hard. “You disgust me.” I growled, crashing my lips against hers roughly. Her mouth immediately opened and my tongue swiped inside, dominating hers. I lifted her body onto a counter full of bedsheets, pulling her leggings and panties off. Her fingers immediately looped around my waistband and shoved my shorts down. My hard length landed on the inside of her thigh and I adjusted myself into position before shoving myself fully inside her with one thrust. She cried out, her nails ripping into my skin. My body shivered as I squeezed her throat, applying pressure to her veins as I pounded away. My hand swung back and smacked her ass, squeezing hard where it landed. Her breaths came out in short pants and I could feel her tightening around me. “God I f*****g hate you.” I said with a low voice, sweat lightly beading on my forehead. She smiled a toothy grin, looking down my arm directly in my eyes as her nails dug into the hand that gripped her throat. “Chase is so sweet; he tells me he loves me.” She spat, and my eyes sharpened. I smacked her with enough force to shock her but not enough to hurt and spit directly down her throat. Her tongue hung out of her mouth as she tightened around me, her nails dragging down my arm and hand and my name slipping out of her mouth in little pants. I could feel myself beginning to fill her up and grabbed her hips, pulling her slightly off the counter and thrusting harder instead of faster. Her moans filled the laundry room and she fell against the counter as I pulled out, pulling my shorts up and looking down at her in disgust. “Clean this mess and yourself.” I said, leaving her in the laundry room and shutting the door behind me. Making my way to my bedroom, I ignored my mom and shut the door behind me, heading into the bathroom. I turned on the shower and let it heat up while I checked my phone. I had gotten a text from Avery. Found our mate but he’s in a relationship. I rolled my eyes at her. I hated my sisters for absolutely no reason other than they will be our Lunas. Our mom made us play nice around the castle and around school before they graduated. Okay? Send Star in. Star was always really good at being a home wrecker when she wanted to be. It was like she didn’t even care. I just want to come home. I want you to stay away. Forever. Fuck you. I set my phone down and got in the shower, scrubbing my body with my exfoliating bar. The misty room smelled of pine and I loved it. I washed and conditioned my hair, getting out when I was done washing my entire body, trying to rid myself of Jessica. I wrapped my lower half in a towel and made my way into my room, sliding on some underwear and shorts before laying down. There was a knock on my door before my dad, Xavier, walked in. “Oliver Andrew Woods.” His voice grumbled as he crossed his arms. Xavier was the oldest of my fathers, and by far the largest. He towered over me, and I looked almost exactly like him, including size wise. “I’ve been told you ignored your mother when she tried talking to you?” I rolled my eyes. “Come on boy, don’t act like that towards me.” “Sorry sir. I just don’t want to talk about mates every time I see mom.” I said, straightening up. “We haven’t found her and I’m very doubtful I would be comfortable telling mom for a while if we did.” Xavier nodded. “Don’t ignore your mother boy. Tell her you love her next time you see her and tell her you don’t want to talk about mates.” He said, staring down at me. I nodded and he left my room, leaving me with my racing thoughts. This is going to be a great night for sleep.
