Aaron was busy with his meeting and was writing each and every important point for the project. It was a very important project and it's also a big opportunity for him to prove himself in all aspects. He wanted everyone to see that he is worthy for being with Kenneth. That he can achieve without his help.
He was that much involved in the project that he didn't noticed that his phone was vibrating continuously beside his laptop. It was ringing continuously for last ten minutes but it was not loud enough to grab his attention.
Two hours later when his meeting finally got finished he strached his body which felt sore from seating this long. He wad feeling very tired now.
He went to one of the office window and stared out of the window. It was raining outside. He looked at the weather and frown a little. It's not like he didn't like rain but today it's making his heart feel very heavy. It's like this rain is stopping him from reaching something but what!!!
This weather was making him feel very low. Winds are more colder than ever and it's making corners of his heart cold.
Someone's tap on his shoulder brought him back to reality. When he turned he saw one of his co-worker Nam.
"What were you thinking so deeply that you didn't hear me calling you from last two minutes. Is there any problem Aaron?" Nam asked.
"Oh no no Nam I am absolutely fine, I was thinking about this project we are working on." Aaron lied and it was written on all over his face.
"Are you sure?" Nam asked.
"Yes yes." Aaron answered hesitantly.
"Ok if you say so. Sooo can you give me that file I gave you other day for correction. That Product Costing file."
"Oh yeah sure. Come with me."
He went to his desk, took out a file from his office bag and handed it to Nam.
"Thanks Aaron."
"Hmm." saying this Nam went to his desk.
When Nam returned to his desk Aaron also started to work on his computer. Suddenly, don't know how and when but Kenneth's name came in his mind.
He took his phone and opened the screen lock. When he saw his phone screen he was very surprised. There was atleast hundreds call from several numbers. Few were from Kenneth, few were from Kenneth's friends, few were from his friends and few were from unknown numbers also. He was very confused. Why the hell on earth everyone has called him? Was he missing something that he was supposed to remember!!
He was still thinking hard when someone called him. When he saw his phone it was his annoying friend Ban. But why he was calling him in this working hour. Doesn't he has any work to do, thinking that he picked the call bub Before he could ask anything other party yelled at him.
"What the f**k Aaron!! Where the hell on earth are you?? Do you know how many times we called you?? Do you have any goddamn idea what had happened!! What the f**k you are doing???" Ban yelled so loudly that Aaron kept his phone few inches away from his ear.
By now Arthit came to know that something is very very wrong. Otherwise the annoying and cheerful Ban wouldn't have been shouting on him like this.
"Relax man wh.." Aaron tried to speak when Ban cut him off in middle.
"To hell with your relax Aaron!! Do you have any idea what had happened?? Yo.."
Before he can say anything else someone else took the phone from him and soon that persons voice can be heard form the other line.
"Hello Aaron, this is Mike. Where were you? We all tried to call you several time." Mike asked in worried voice.
"Ohh hey Mike, what's happening? About phone, I was in a meeting so it was on silence and for that I am sorry. But seriously what's happening? Is everything OK?? Why Ban was shouting like this?" Aaron asked confusingly.
"Mmmm Aaron... listen Kenneth...I don't know how...he hmm you!!" Mike tried to speak but he wasn't able to say anything.
When Aaron heard Kenneth's name and nervousness in Mike's voice, an unknown fear creep in his heart. He didn't know but all the unknown worries, fear, heartache which was bothering him since morning came to him with double speed. His heart suddenly became very restless.
"Ken...Kenneth....What about him!! Are you guys with him? In this hour!!!" Aaron asked worriedly.
".........."
"Mike......!!!!"
"He..........."
Mike's silence was making him more restless his heart was beating loudly.
"Mike I am asking you something!!! Answer me goddamn!!!" Aaron asked raising his voice a little.
"He got...you...listen quietly and please don't get panic....he g.."Mike again tried to speak.
By now Aaron got realy panic and Mike's babeling was not helping at all. He suddenly shouted on him!!
"Goddamn Mike!! Stop playing Fill in the Blanks with me and spill everything nowwww!!!!!!!" Aaron shouted without thinking that now everyone was watching him. He doesn't cares now who is watching and who is not. There is something about Kenneth that other party is not telling him and he is getting restless.
Mike got frightened from sudden outburst of Aaron and spilled everything in one breath.
"Kenneth got into an accident please come fast he needs you I am sending you hospital address."
And after that the line was cut. Aaron didn't know when but a tear escaped from his eyes. Kenneth got into an accident........!!! But how........!!!
He was absolutely fine when Aaron left for his work this morning.....!!! Why it has to be Kenneth......!!! Is he fine.....? Is he in pain...??
A notification sound on his phone brought him back from his thoughts. He glanced at it. It was Life Care's hospital address. He knew this address. He went there many times. The more he thought about hospital the more tears roll down from his cheeks. He looked upward when someone tapped on his shoulder, it was his senior co-worker Sam.
"Aaron what happened? Why are you crying? Are you alright?" Sam asked worriedly.
With more tears rolling down his cheeks he spoke,
"No Sam I am not f....fine.Ken...Kenneth.....got into an....accident Sam." He said sobbing a little.
He was not able to speak properly because of sudden fear creeping his heart.
"Oh...how, when and...why are you still here!! You should be with him." Sam got shocked from this news and she didn't understood why Aaron was still here.
Aaron got up from his seat and took his bag and said to Sam.
"Sam,..... please can you help me?" Aaron asked hopefully.
"Ofcourse Aaron, tell me." Sam tried to help.
"Sam, can you please submit leave application for me."
"Sure Aaron. Now hurry up and go." Sam assured him and patted his shoulders.
Aaron rushed out of office and took a taxi. He gave hospital address to taxi driver. When taxi started moving Aaron looked out of the window. His heart started beating more loudly.
His mind started convincing his heart that Kenneth would be fine, after all he is a healthy and strong young man. He is not careless person like him. He is not injured. Maybe he will be having a small cut on his little finger. And maybe when Aaron will reach there doctor will ask him to take Kenneth home. He will tell him that Kenneth is absolutely fine, he just needs few hours of sleep!!

Driver's voice brought Aaron back to reality. Aaron saw him confusingly.
"Sir we are at your given address." Driver said.
Aaron nodded absent mindly and rushed out of the car and headed towards hospital entrance. He halted when someone called him from behind. When he turned behind it was the taxi driver. Aaron went to him and then the driver told him.
"Sir you haven't paid the fare."
"Sorry, I was in hurry so I totally forgot,......... here is your money." Aaron said and gave the money to driver not even caring how much he is paying.
He gave money to driver and went inside the hospital. Once he reached to reception he asked for Kenneth.
"Mam, can tell me about an accident patient name Kenneth." he asked in hurry.
"Sure sir, can you tell me the name again?"
"Kenneth Watson."
"Just a second Sir." And she started searching on her desktop. After few minutes she told Aaron.
"He is in room no.134 on third floor."
"Thank you sir"
He ran inside the elevator and pressed button for 3 floor. When he reached on third floor he started searching for room no.134 and while searching he saw his friend Mike. He ran towards him.
"Hey Mike.....tt how i.....is Ken.....Kenneth?" he asked panting from running.
"He...he is ummmm....is inside the room!!"
"I know that he is in room!!!! What I am asking is how is he?"Aaron asked impatiently.
"He umm... you know...... here is the doctor, you can ask him Aaron....!!"
A doctor in his late twenties came out from Kenneth's room. When he saw Aaron he asked him.
" Hii I am doctor Paul, Kenneth's doctor in-charge, and you are...??"
"I am Kenneth's boyfriend Aaron. How is he doctor??" He asked impatiently.
Hearing this he looked at Mike and then nodded and then again looked at Aaron, and then spoke.
"Come with me!"
Aaron followed him inside the room. Once he got inside he looked up straight to get the biggest surprise of his life.
"Ken.....Kenneth....."

"WHAT"
