“What the f**k is going on?” I shouted out, but it wasn’t out loud, it was in my head.
“We switched places,” she giggled. “It’s me, Freyja!”
“Freyja?” I gasped. “How am I here? Where are you?”
“We switched bodies!” she laughed. “But don’t worry, we can’t move or nothing. You’re just in my head and I’m in yours.”
“How am I in your head?” I asked. “So this isn’t my body right?”
“No, silly!” she giggled. “You’re just visiting it while our link is open.”
“Okay so how are we linked?” I asked.
“I don’t know,” she said excitedly in her childlike voice. “I really wanted to talk to you and I’ve been trying to link you when I know everyone’s asleep and it never worked, but this time it worked! I linked you! Hey if you see Ludo or my dad come in just tell me and we’ll switch back!”
