" We were supposed to be at school by now ! Oh m God , Oh my God , I am late . " She was totally freaking out . She jumped off her bed . She was running out of time . Should she pick out her dress first ? Or should she get a shower first ? What about the breakfast ? . . . . . . . Why can't life be simple ? Why is life supposed to be a mess ?

Matt was trying to understand why was she panicking ? What was so special about to school today ? But he didn't ask her because it was fun to watch her walking around confusingly . She hurt her knee from the table edge and tripped on the floor . Matt picked her up .

" Careful , are you fine ? . . . . . . First lecture is free because Professor Scott is on a leave . "

" Why didn't you tell me this before ? "

" I don't know . May be because it was fun to watch you . "

" It is not funny . Today is the last day to submit the science project that Rachel and I have been working on for over a month . "

" Oh yes the science project . I know it might be important for you but there is another very , very important thing that you should also consider . So Miss Emily will you go to the prom with me . "

" Yes Matt . . . . . . of course . . . . . . . this is something I was waiting all my life . I can't even tell you how I feel and I really expected this moment to be very romantic but right now I am getting late and Rachel will kill me . "

" Ok Emily you go get ready , I will give you a ride . "

" Am I smelling ? " He checked himself just to make sure that he was not smelling .

" Oh then I am ok . " He said putting on his pants .

Emily got dressed and Matt drove to school on the way Emily texted Rachel that she is on the way .

Rachel was waiting for Emily at her locker .

" So finally you are here ! " , Rach was relieved to see Emily for a moment she believed that Emily won't make it .

" I am so sorry . " Emily tried to explain herself by giving some lame excuses even a child will also understand that she was making an excuse .

Rachel was confused , what was Matt doing with Emily ? She tried to ask her using signs but Emily was not able to understand . Rachel pulled her hand and took her with her . Emily accidently dropped her bracelet .

" Hey Matt . " , A pleasant voice echoed through Matt's ears but it had an unexpectatedly unpleasant reaction at Matt .

He said coldly " Jessica . "

" So Emily ? huh . "

" That is none of your business . "

" Ooh ! someone is angry . Why is it ? Is it because I slept with Tyler or is it because I said that I didn't wanted to go to the prom with you . "

" Come on Matt why is it even bothering you . We are broken up Matt stop acting like I cheated on you . "

" Why were you getting close to me at the party ? Why did you sleep with me ? After that how was I supposed to know that you had no plans of getting back with me . "

Yes he is very handsome so that makes it easy for us to win Prom king and queen but you are better than him on bed . So Emily ? Out of all the girls you really thought that she could be my replacement ? What's so wrong with your taste ? "

Tyler walks in complaining Jessica that he was looking every where for her . Tyler was a transfer student . Since he came Matt was a bit insecure that Jessica will leave him for Tyler . And it turned out that he was right . When Jessica broke up with him she said that she needed some time to be by herself . But Matt always knew what was the real reason .
