Ava’s P.O.V
I woke up, freaking out, not knowing where I was. I started getting into a panic, my breathing becoming heavy, my chest pounding, s**t a panic attack.
“Ava you are OK baby, it is only me. I got you.” I heard a soothing voice whisper in my ear.
I relaxed, remember it was Dylan. My body calmed down quickly, something I was not used too. I smiled a little, rolling over, bringing me face to face with Dylan, and giving him a small smile.
“Morning beautiful.” He smiled, pushing my hair from my eyes.
“Morning,” I replied, feeling myself blush.
He chuckled, reaching closer to me, leaving only a small space between us. I knew he was doing that so I can have the choice of closing the space or pulling away. I reached in, taking his face between my hands, closing the small space between us, capturing his lips with mine. Dylan’s hands landed on my waist, pulling my body closer against his, deepening the kiss, making my breathless. His lips were incredible, addictive even and I found myself wanting more from him, the same as last night, but I knew I shouldn’t, not right now. We pulled apart after a minute much to my dismay. He opened his eyes slowly, the smile not leaving his lips once. Dylan reached in, stroking my hair softly before moving down to my cheek, stroking that too, and I automatically moved into his touch, closing my eyes over.
“Are you free today?” He asked.
I opened my eyes, nodding at him. Why does he want to know?
“Can I steal you for the day? Unless you have other plans?” He asked.
“I don’t have any plans. What did you have in mind?” I smiled.
“I thought we could start with breakfast? And then see where the rest of the day takes us?” He asked.
“OK. Sounds good.” I smiled, reaching in pecking his lips quickly before pulling away, giggling.
“You are too sweet, Ava.” He smiled, running his hands over my hips.
I blushed, shaking my head, looking away from him, and giggling again. I heard him let out a small chuckle before pulling me back around to face him, prodding my nose, making me laugh, and I did it back to him, Dylan laughing too when I did.
“As much as I could lay here like this all day with you, I need to grab a shower before we head out for breakfast. If you want we can swing by yours after, let you get changed before we head out of breakfast?” He said.
“Yes, please. I don’t want to go for breakfast in my dress from last night. I will look like a dirty stop out.” I laughed.
“OK, well, give me twenty minutes, and I will be with you.” He smiled.
“OK,” I replied.
He reached in, stealing another kiss before jumping to his feet. My eyes falling on his naked chest again, damn forget he was half-naked. He smirked, winking at me before turning away and heading into the bathroom, my eyes stealing a quick look at his ass. I was feeling like such a creep, looking at him the way I have been. I laid back on the mattress, flat on my back, sighing. A part of me wanted to go into the bathroom, climb in the shower with him, just to feel the closeness, the security cause as soon as he moved from the bed I felt empty, felt alone again, unsafe even. I know that sounds mad; it is the truth. I don’t feel safe much in my life, only when I am with Alannah and now appears when I am with Dylan. I shouldn’t be this reliant on people, especially Dylan, since we only met. I thought about it for a moment and decided I would go for it. I took a few deep breaths, heading into the bathroom. Dylan must have heard me come in cause he opened the shower door, popping his head out, smiling at me.
“You OK Baby?” He asked.
I nodded, rocking on my heels, looking at everywhere except at him.
“You wanna come in? Plenty of room?” He smiled at me.
How did he know that is what I wanted? I don’t know how I feel about him being able to read me easily. I looked up at him, sucking on my lower lip and nodded my head. I never moved an inch, stayed put.
“I will let you think about it for a moment.” He smiled, disappearing back into the shower.
I took a deep breath, stripping myself of his clothes, taking another deep breath before opening the shower door, slowly stepping in. He looked over his shoulder, smiling at me. I could see him trying to stop himself from eyeing my body which I appreciated. I giggled, making him blush a little. He reached for me, pulling me into the shower with him, standing behind me. I sighed, feeling the hot water fall over me, it felt good. I was a little nervous the fact that I was completely naked in front of him. Usually, anytime I have been exposed, it hasn’t ended good, people took advantage of it, in ways they shouldn’t have.
“Ava, relax beautiful. It is only me. I am not going to do anything, I promise.” He whispered.
“I know,” I whispered back, leaning into him, my back against his front.
I looked over my shoulder at him, smiling. He reached down, kissing me softly, my breath hitching in my throat. I slowly turned around to face him, not breaking eye contact with him. I reached up, stroking his face, stepping in closer to him, my front pressed against his. A groan was falling from his lips. I could tell he was still trying his best not to let his eyes trail my body.
“You can look if you want, I don’t mind,” I whispered out.
“I don’t wanna make you feel uncomfortable Ava.” He said, stroking my cheek.
“I will tell you if I am feeling uneasy,” I replied.
He looked me in the eye, studying me to make sure it was OK with me. His hands reached for my hips, his eyes falling from my eyes, trailing over my body. Dylan let his eyes studying every inch of me. Apart of me wanted to cover up but another part of me never. I closed my eyes over, taking a deep breath, relaxing.
“You really are beautiful.” He whispered.
I opened my eyes, looking at him. I was met with a beautiful smile on his lips, his face a little flushed, and slight darkness to his eyes. I then found my own eyes beginning to trail all of his body from head to toe. Whoa! He was beautiful. I reached in, running my nails gently down his chest, getting a strong urge to touch him.
“Is this OK?” I asked shyly, my fingers moving down to his stomach.
“Yes.” He breathed out, his head falling back.
“Kiss me.” I purred in his ear.
He took my face between his hands, reaching in and giving me what I asked for, his lips on mine. I groaned loudly, letting my arms wrap around his neck, deepening the kiss. Dylan’s hands fell on the small of my back, his fingers twitching a little. I giggled, knowing what he wanted.
“Dylan it is OK, you can move them down, I don’t mind. I can feel your fingers twitching.” I mumbled into the kiss.
His hands slowly moved down, landing on my ass, grabbing it in his hands. I stepped back until my back was against the wall, pulling his body tight against mine. The kiss got more heated. All of a sudden, I felt nervous; my body tensing again. Dylan pulled away from the kiss, removing his hands from my ass. He pulled me into his chest, hugging me, I wrapped my arms around his waist, hugging him back. He must have sensed I was getting uneasy. He reached down, kissing the top of my head.
“Relax my love; we have stopped.” He whispered, “Ava, you shouldn’t be this scared of intimacy; no hands should be that cruel to make you feel that way.” He said, stroking my hair gently.
“I know. Sorry. I don’t wanna be.” I whispered into his chest.
“You have nothing to be sorry about.” He said.
I felt one of his hands move, but he kept me close.
“Ava, do you trust me?” He asked I nodded my head, “I wanna try something, it’s still intimacy but not in the way that terrifies you.” He said.
I looked up at him, a confused look on my face. What does he mean? He smiled, reaching for the cloth behind me, holding it under the warm water, adding soap to it.
“Can I?” He asked.
I nodded when I realised what he meant. He took the cloth, starting at my shoulder, running the material gently over my skin. He went from my shoulders to down my arms, reaching every part of my body he could reach. I had my eyes closed, my breathing uneasy cause it felt good, him touching me this way, it was very sensual and making me weak. He washed every inch of me, well except my more intimate areas. Once he was done, I took the cloth from him, doing the same, his reaction the same as mine. I know it was something simple, but it felt good. We finished off, climbing out of the shower, Dylan wrapping a towel around me before grabbing one from himself. I smiled up at him.
“Thank you. I liked that, it never made me uneasy.” I said.
“I am glad, baby. Thank you for trusting me enough.” He smiled.
I nodded, reaching in stealing another kiss from him before we headed back through to the bedroom to get organised to head out for breakfast. I could feel him watching from time to time, making me smirk. I looked over my shoulder, winking at him, feeling a small boost of confidence, he seems to make me feel like that sometimes, maybe him appearing in my life is a good thing, after all, a God sent.
