Chapter 4“Levi!”
Levi turned toward the shout and grinned as Amanda zig-zagged past people in the arrival hall. He slung his military-issue duffel bag over his shoulder, slapped Gray’s arm, and waved his goodbye.
“Mandi!” He jogged over, dropped the bag on the floor, and hugged her to his chest.
“Put me down, you oaf.” He did, but Amanda didn’t let go of his arms. “Who’s the hottie?” She nodded at Gray who was slowly making his way toward them while scanning the crowd for his mother.
“Keenan Gray, he’s not for you.”
“You didn’t!”
He made an exasperated noise. “Of course not, he’s a friend. Lives in Minwall so we were on the same flight from Hammerberg.”
