It's a cozy day, I'm on call with Clarence.
I'd promised Liam that we'd be going to the park.
Stevie is out of town for a movie.
Staying cooped up in the house has been boring over the weekend. I need to get some fresh air, Liam does too.
"Today has been stressful, to say the least. How's Liam?" Clarence ask.
"He's okay, we'd be going to the park later today. What happened? Work stress?" I ask him.
Clarence breaths out. "Sort of. Got a call from my aunt. She needs me home," he said briefly but there's an edge in his voice.
"At least you get to talk things out with your Dad. It can't be that bad." I tell him.
"Yeah, it just stresses me out. I've not been home in ages."
"I get it. Just get it sorted out real quick. How's the new project coming along?" I ask him.
