When Megan had dismissed from school that day, she did not return home instantly, rather she went to the house of her sister, Sophie, to make some reports to her.
It was the first time she was visiting Sophie after her wedding to Conway, so it was a very pleasant surprise to her. Despite their differences Sophie was still excited to have Megan visit. After all, their quarrel was not a serious one. They would always settle things between themselves as soon as possible, that was the major reason Elizabeth and Alice never got involved in matters concerning both of them.
Sophie hugged Megan and invited her into the sitting room of their duplex where she offered her a seat on the well designed and expensive sofa.
