Snapping out from the terrible dream and switching back into reality, I found myself lying in the bathtub filled with water. I gasped and tried my best to calm my drumming heart beats. I noticed the sweat beats covering my forehead. Did I fall asleep in the bathtub?
Confused, I left the bathroom and went to get dressed up for lunch. When I looked outside from the window, I was shocked to see it almost dark outside. Nobody came to see me? What the heck?
Suddenly, I heard a soft knock on the door and opened it. Katia was standing and smiling at me.
“Hey!! You woke up? I knocked on your door several times.” she said while getting inside the room.
Perplexed, I asked her instead, “you knocked on the door? I didn’t hear anything.. Actually I fell asleep in the bathtub, today..” i sighed.
She looked at me and said, “You must be very tired, Cassian. We did an allnighter and of course, sleep was important.” she explained to me.
“But I have never fallen asleep in the bathtub before..” I jabbed.
“Maybe your body and mind was exhausted with everything happening around. In the warm water, your mind relaxed and you went to sleep without knowing you actually fell asleep.. It happens, don’t worry.. You will be fine..” she smiled and pecked my lips.
I was hesitant to tell her about the dream I had. She looked cheerful and I have never seen her this happy before. So, I avoided it and thought about telling about this later.
“I am hungry.. Let's go to eat something…” i suggested to her and she nodded her head in agreement.
Hands in hands, we descended the stairs and there were eyes on us from the royal servants. As soon as they saw us, they bowed down to me. Well, it will take time to get habitual of this treatment.
“So, the little has arrived. He has been waiting for you..” Alarous approached us from nowhere and started in a serious voice.
“Is everything alright?” I asked him as I suspected something was not right, or seems that way.
He nodded and assured me that everything was fine. We were introduced to the rest of the residents in the royal place. The castle was screaming royalty in every aspect. In the dining hall, I saw everything looked so lavish and luxurious, the furniture, the paintings and decorative objects. Even the platters were made of gold.
My jaw literally hangs in astonishment. Sooner, we started with the dinner, and I was glad because my stomach was growling in hunger. All the dishes were delicious, and the wine served was old and tasty.
It felt royal when dining in such a place, and getting the honor of the king from everyone. I really loved the status of royalty.
“So, how much did you like it?” Alarous asked from us.
“To be honest, I am loving this place. Like I said earlier, I feel like a princess.” Katia said.
“I felt good too.. When will we start the training?” I came with the point straightly.
Alarous nodded, “from tomorrow, in the morning. We will start with the first session of your training.. Uchias and I have scheduled everything for you. I must say, it will be a bit difficult in the beginning but it will be worth it.”
I nodded and consumed everything. “ great.. I have no issue with that. I want to train as fast as I can.. I want to have my mother along with us, dining here.” i said and pushed my plate. Wiping my mouth with the napkin and washed my hands in the portable basin a servant offered me.
“That’s the spirit… Now you have started to resemble Omar. you have the same face cuts he had…. I am sure Zeus will get shocked when he will meet you…” Alrous chuckled after completing his statement.
“I want to leave him dumbstruck.. Shocked is just a lowkey version of it... “ I smiled before moving out from the hall.
Katia followed me to the room and decided to spend some time with me. I was looking forward to that opportunity. As soon as we entered the room, I locked it quickly and rushed to carry my girl in my arms.
“Oh!!” She gasped and smiled when she noticed I carried her bridal style on my bed.
“Looks like someone is being mischievous!!” she whispered and jumped on me, pinning my arms up in the air. She pecked my neck and I felt the desire arousing down from the core.
“You are trying to wake up the beast…” I warned her.
She smiled while biting her lower lips, “I want to see that animal inside of you…”
I smiled ear to ear before grabbing her from the waist and pinning her down on the bed, crashing my lips with her. I found my hands moving and embracing every curve of her delicate body. The kiss was getting interesting as she dug her nails in my arms, the need and the urgency took me higher. The passionate kiss became a wilder one as I slid my tongue inside her mouth, exploring every corner.
