DECLAN’S POV
Raina was shaking in my arms as we walked into the mansion again. I felt her body stiffen as we were about to alight the stairs and she turned around. My eyes followed hers and I noticed that she was looking at Ethel as he struggled to his feet. He swayed from side to side, his face was a bloody mess and so were his bleeding arms. I looked at Raina, expecting to see a look of pity in her eyes but instead, they were blazing with hatred. I frowned and stared at Ethel again, why did she save his life if she was angry at him?
