“I didn't know before.“ He clarified. “I was lucky to meet a man who blabbed that information to me.“
“What a relief!“ I exhaled. “I found out hours after you left. See, I was so sure that I recognized the name from somewhere. Luckily, I stumbled on a file that you prepared about the past dealings of the pack.“
“I remember now.“
I am just grateful it all worked out in the end. I was so ready to storm the pack and rescue my Beta if need be, but I'm glad it didn't come to that.
