Dad asked me to come by his place before dinner. I didn’t tell Axton considering Phoenix is feeling murderous towards Dad for some reason. Griffin is snarling and on edge. Phoenix already talked to him. We’re going on a run later tonight with Mortimer, Corbin’s wolf. Hopefully it settles him out.
Griffin has been grumbling about how Dad is not a real father. That he’s treated us all wrong and he will no longer stand for it. I wonder what life would be like had Mom survived that pack battle.
Sighing I step closer to Dad’s cottage. As I do, Griffin growls. Enough to shake my chest. I turn slowly not smelling anyone. Griffin is on alert though and I never ignore his senses.
