Party
I couldn’t believe Jayce had actually left his house- where the party was going on- to come pick us up.
I didn’t understand him.
Not one bit.
Why was he so keen on helping me?
And why did he want to spend time making sure I felt like I was a part of everything?
I had meet just over a week ago. It didn’t make any sense to me.
I looked over at Jayce who was driving and talking to April who was sitting in the back.
I didn’t get that dynamic either.
Jayce was clearly the rich popular guy.
