Yong Jie looked at Yao Xue who was still laying on the bed sleeping even though the sun already showed up which was so not Yao Xue who always wakes up earlier than Yong Jie.
"Was he that drunk?" Yong Jie muttered and looked how messy Yao Xue's hair was making him chuckle.
Yong Jie didn't want to go out without Yao Xue so he thought of things to do while waiting for Yao Xue to wake up. Yong Jie did some curl-ups and push-ups to kills the time.
Yao Xue woke up and saw Yong Jie training. Yao Xue fixed his hair first and Yong Jie saw Yao Xue finally awake making him stop from what he was doing and stood up.
"Congratulations, Young master Yao Xue for passing your first hangover!" Yong Jie announced, gesturing his arms up in the air.
Yao Xue frowned. "Hangover?"
Yong Jie chuckled. "It's Chen (7~9am) shi. I thought young master Yao Xue could handle his alcohol well."
Yong Jie was quite disappointed in how Yao Xue didn't react hearing that he woke up so late. Yong Jie thought Yao Xue would freak out and frantically run around the room for waking up late.
Yao Xue just looked at Yong Jie then stood up and soothed his robes. Yao Xue didn't get drunk like what Yong Jie was accusing him, he couldn't sleep early in his usual sleeping time because of the man in front of him.
Doing such a thing.
Yao Xue was glad that Yong Jie forgot about what happened last night or else he would silence the man himself.

Shan Gou was a lively place especially their market place. A lot of people trading and stalls were lined up with vendors calling costumers and introducing their products. Yong Jie grew curious at what goods the merchant has since a huge crowd was gathered and people were frantically wanted to buy the product.
The merchant was selling talismans who could repel demons. It was indeed a good choice of business this time around since demons are appearing everywhere. People were eager to buy their security.
Yong Jie slipped into the crowd. The seller was busy entertaining his costumers that Yong Jie easily grabbed one of the talismans the seller was selling and scanned the writings on the yellow paper.
Yong Jie wasn't familiar with talismans but he could read some. The talisman was indeed could ward away evils but it wasn't strong enough. It could only keep a low-level demon-like turned corpses and turned demons.
Yong Jie still kept the talisman and pulled a bronze coin from his pouch and placed it on the seller's table then slipped out of the crowd.
Yao Xue was nowhere to be seen in the market crowd so he just strolled in the market, looking at the stalls and even stop to scan the goods if it catches his attention.
Yao Xue noticed that Yong Jie wasn't beside him anymore making him spun around, scanning the crowded market. Yao Xue walked back to his tracks, glancing from stalls to stalls and looking for a familiar figure until Yao Xue finally saw Yong Jie who was laughing while talking to a jeweler and was fanning himself with a new fan that he brought from the previous stall Yong Jie checked.
"You've got nice goods here." Yong Jie said before he walked away from the jewelry stall and his eyes brightened when he finally saw Yao Xue.
"Young master Yao Xue! I brought a fan." Yong Jie said like a kid as he waved his fan. "I also brought one for you, too." He said and fetched another white fan from his robes and gave it to Yao Xue.
"It's a pair."
Both of their fans had the same black ink design. It would be rude for Yao Xue to refuse Yong Jie's gift since the man exerted effort and coins to buy the thing.
"Thank you." Yao Xue said, accepting the gift and Yong Jie smiled.
"You're welcome." Yong Jie said and flipped his fan open.
They crossed Shan Gou for five days, climbing hills and mountains before they arrived in Bing Guo, the Ice Country and the coldest area of the world especially during winter. The rivers and streams in the country would freeze for months that some residents migrate during winter to another country, mostly to Shan Guo and Xueguo, the two countries that were closest to Bing Guo.
Yong Jie was excited to go to Xueguo and see the country where Yao Xue grow up but first, Yong Jie would discover the Ice country. He was planning to tour the whole world.
Yong Jie's first day in Bing Guo was surprising. The sun was shining so bright yet the temperature in Bing Guo was plummeting as they continued on their journey. A lot of stalls in Bing Guo were selling heavy coats and robes that looked warm and cozy to wear especially in that cold country.
Yong Jie runs to a stall that sells coats the first thing in the morning while Yao Xue decided to stay inside the inn and wait for Yong Jie to be back saying he could handle the temperature since Xueguo was also a cold country but not as cold as Bing Guo.
Yong Jie chooses a dark blue coat for himself and then he turned to the seller. "Do you have white?" He asked as he scanned the other robes.
"Yes. Yes, young master." The merchant answered enthusiastically. Looking at the customer, the merchant could say that he was a young master and has a lot of coins in his purse. The merchant fetched the robe that Yong Jie has been looking for from inside the rack of the stall. "This merchant keeps this white one so it won't be dirtied."
Yong Jie felt so excited seeing the white robe. "I'll take this!" Yong Jie received the coat from the seller after Yong Jie placed a gold coin on the table.
Yong Jie walked back to the inn feeling so excited to give the coat to Yao Xue. It would fit him so much that he couldn't wait to see Yao Xue wearing it.
Yao Xue would definitely look like a snow angel!
