Third person Pov: After an unknown period of time in the silence, that surrounded her was disturbed, and the serene atmosphere was disturbed. Then Aurora heard it. She heard the sound of a certain person’s footsteps coming from her behind. It was like the other person wanted Aurora to know that they were coming, as the sounds of the footsteps that was heard in the silent night time were made loud deliberately. Aurora got up from the ground, and turned back to look who was the one, that was coming towards her. She was both curious, and shocked as to who was that pack member, that was coming here at this hour, instead of enjoying themselves at the grand engagement party. But her vision got blurred due to all of her crying, and all the tears that had accumulated in her eyes, and thus she was not able to see clearly, as to who was the one that was coming towards her. But the only thing she was able to make out was the outline of the person coming in her direction step by step, and find out that it was a man, but she could not see his facial features clearly. Shaking her head to clear her messy thoughts, and to see clearly, she wiped her eyes vigorously, and she focused a little to her surroundings. And when she finally did that, when her eyes could see who was the one, that was coming towards her, her breath got hitched to several levels, and it got caught in her throat. As the footsteps of the person coming towards her was heard coming closer, and closer to her, Aurora felt like she was trapped in a trance, unable to move from her place, and to break free from the trance she was struck in. But suddenly an image, a scene, that she saw before, a few hours ago flashed in front of her eyes, making her to feel a new stroke of pain in her heart. The immense pain she was feeling, was like a bucket of cold water that was splashed on her head, and it made her messy mind, to get out of what ever trance she was in, and gather her bearings. She collected her complicated emotions, and stood up from her position in the ground, and stood still like a statue, that was firmly rooted to the ground, even though she was shaking inside terribly, similar to a leaf in the autumn season. Her heart was beating at a high speed, similar to a racing bullet train, that Aurora felt that even the person standing opposite to her, can hear the beating of her racing heart loudly, and clearly. The one, who followed her track, and stood in front of her was none other Chance Gary, her mate, the one disturbing fact, about which, she was still having second thoughts on, that whether Chance Gary was her mate, or not. Chance Gary stood in front of her in all his glory, towering over her with his huge height, and muscular body. In front of his 6 feet, and 2 inches in height, Aurora’s small, and weak figure of 5 feet, and 3 inches in height looked too contrast, if truth to be told. Chance Gary was clad in a customized hand made tailored navy blue suit, with white dress shirt from a high end exclusive luxurious brand, all thanks to his fiancée, the rich, and spoiled daughter of the rich Alpha William Bentick. Andrea wanted everything in her engagement party to be the best, and so, she took it upon herself to buy the most gorgeous, and luxurious looking suit dress for her boyfriend, c*m fiancé aka Chance Gary. And truth to be told, that luxurious looking navy blue dress suit did made him look more handsome, than he already was, before he was wearing the luxury brand dress. He had a nice plain, and smooth looking silk black tie, and a pair of black leather shoes, with pointed edge, that were polished to the perfection, to complete his overall look, that made him look deadly handsome, like a male model that came right out of the front page of a famous fashion magazine. All he had on his face was a sombre look, with a mysterious, yet something unknown of a glint, on which Aurora could not clearly place a finger on it, shinning in his eyes, when he stood in front of Aurora. His thin lips were raised an inch on the left side of his face, giving off an illusion to the onlookers that he was smiling lightly. Yet, it was not the case right now though. But in real, he really had a mocking smirk, looking at Aurora’s current outer appearance, and taking pleasure in looking at her messy look. Chance Gary looked at Aurora, with such a mocking look, as if, she was some dirt, that was struck on the heel of his luxuriously polished shoes. He thought that he was above her in all the sense, and that she was just a nobody, with no one to raise a voice for her, in favor of her, or to help her. Aurora looked like a total mess at the moment. Her hair style was as messy as it can be, and it looked like a bird’s broken nest. This was all because of her crazy running, as while she was running through the forest aimlessly, without looking in front of her, her long brown hair got struck to the tree branches, that were hung low, and were tangled with one another. And to top it all that, the wind too played it’s part very well on messing up her hair style, as if adding extra cheese toppings on a cheese pizza. The beautiful looking light lavender colored dress, that she wore before, was now stained with dirt, and mud at the bottom of the dress, when she stumbled, and fell on the forest floor, and also might be from her kneeling on the ground for too long. The light lavender colored dress was now no longer remained the same as before, but it had a different, and multiple strokes of shade to it. The dark brown colored mud in the forest floor, made a unique design pattern on her light colored dress, thinking it was a canvas for it to play, ‘ I am the great painter'. Looking at Chance Gary coming towards her, in a calculative, and steady steps, with an unknown glint shinning in his eyes, in an instant, Aurora stopped crying unknowingly. **** happy reading ❤❤❤ check other books... her royal twins.. birth of the Phoenix
