Third person Pov:

Looking at Chance Gary coming towards her, in a calculative, and steady steps, with an unknown glint shinning in his eyes, in an instant, Aurora stopped crying unknowingly.

And her painful cries were reduced to small, and silent hiccups, as she was now focused on a different thing, right now.

Her full on focus was on her mate, Chance Gary, the future Gamma of the Violet Moon pack.

The whole aura that Chance Gary had, gave off a negative vibes to Aurora, making all the small hairs on her hands to raise in goose bumps, and a small shiver ran through her spine, causing her to shudder involuntarily.

The mysterious aura, the one from which, we wanted to run, far away from that certain person, and hide our kids from their vicinity. That’s the type of aura was what Chance Gary gave off, according to Aurora.

Aurora subconsciously took several steps back, in accordance to the forward steps, that Chance Gary took in her direction.

All of a sudden, Chance Gary stopped all his movements, making Aurora to halt in her backward movements, and stand still in her steps too.

Aurora was so anxious, and scared at the same time, as she didn’t know what Chance Gary would do to her, the next second.

Just at the thought of being alone with Chance Gary would sent shivers down Aurora’s spine, as in the past moments, when she was in a situation to be alone with him, really made her to frown in disgust.

***because Chance Gary was a total jerk to her.

Chance Gary would look for an opportunity to touch her, and abuse her physically, in a partial sense.

He would always try to come close to her, and try to touch her inappropriately, whenever he had the opportunity to, and when there was no one around them, to bear witness to his ill intentions.

So all the times, Chance Gary came looking for her, or came across her just by coincidence, or whatever, made Aurora to be scared out of her mind.

“Well…well..well. I presume that you have already found out about it, isn’t it?. Our little secret??!!!”, Chance Gary asked Aurora so casually, while inserting one of his hands into his expensive looking pants pocket, without any worry in the world.

Even though the above lines were asked by him like a question, but in real, it was just a statement said by him.

Because he too took notice of the look, and the changes, Aurora had on her face, when the clock reached the twelfth strike on the midnight, successful, and officially making it the day of her 18th birthday.

And it was not any ordinary birth day for her, as it was the most awaited, and special birthday for all the werewolf teens.

As on the 18th birthday of all the werewolf teens, the moon goddess would bless them, her treasured children, with the two most precious things of their life.

The two most important thing that would make them complete, giving them endless happiness.

More like two precious other parts of their souls to them.

One was the part of their other soul, their soulmate aka mate, and the other part was their wolf soul, giving them both souls, to complete the unsolved missing pieces of their puzzled soul, and make them complete as one.

But it was not at all the case for Aurora. It was like a disaster, awaiting to happen, on a whole lot new, and different levels, in her case.

Aurora was hell shocked to several levels, and the inner part of her core being trembled in fear, upon seeing him.

And her mind stopped working the moment, she saw Chance Gary in front of her, and the moment he opened his mouth, and spoke those harsh words.

His proximity, and scent alone was making her already messy mind to stop working, and to be even more messed up, than it already has been a few minutes ago.

The temptation of his scent, and his close proximity made different, and weird things to her body, and to her senses, making her want to go crazy.

But then again, she was torn between whose Mate was Chance Gary really might be.

Her mate, or her elder sister, Andrea’s mate.

“Well. Looking at the confused expression, you still have on your face, I think you still have some doubts on the new found information.

And I can tell for a fact that you are unable to come to a conclusion on your own..

Don’t worry….let me help you up in clearing with this great doubt of yours, and make it crystal clear to you today”, Chance Gary said so casually.

“ It is very good then. Let me take up that honour of break the news to you, and let me clear your unnecessary, and unwanted doubt. It’s true though. I am your MATE.

….M.A.T.E…(he spelled it out loud for her), mate, soulmate, blah….blah….whatever you want to call it as….you can pick your choice.

Don’t be so shocked..it is the Truth, Aurora.

I am the one, and only, unadulterated, and 100 per cent original mate of yours”, Chance Gary broke the most important, and shocking news, as if, he was talking about the weather condition of that night.

But what he didn’t know was, or he might have known, but didn’t care much about for, was the fact that he didn’t only break the news of their mate bond to her, and Aurora being his real destined mate, blessed by the moon goddess, but also her fragile, and yearning heart, which held so much hope, and expectations for her 18th birthday, and about her mate, whom she secretly waited for.

Maybe he did know that fact, but he acted like he didn’t mind that though.

Aurora even forgot to take a breath, and she stopped breathing all together.

There was a buzzing sound, that was heard in her ears constantly, making the every other sounds in the surroundings around her to unable to reach her mind.

She felt like she had heard something wrong just now, or that the standing in front of her (chance Gary) must have misspoke accidentally.

But that was not case though. A small voice deep inside her mind, repeated something constantly, as if it was in an important mission of its very own.

All she could hear was the one word that Chance Gary told to her, which was currently repeated inside her mind.

“Mate….mate….. Mate!!..

Her Mate!!!!”.

That was all that Aurora could hear, as of that moment.
