NATIGILAN SI ALI. Realization hits her. Oo nga naman! Bakit nga ba hindi ko na lang binasura?! Bakit ba nilapitan ko pa 'tong lalaking 'to?

"Or unless... you really just wanna see me, Ali. D'you miss me?"

What the... Napatingin siya dito. Iniisip kung bakit siya pa ang nagmumukhang gumawa ng paraan para makaharap muli ito. Napailing siya sa katangahan at padalos-dalos niyang galawan. Katanga naman talaga...

She then cleared her mind, straighten her body and gave him a scornful look but his penetrating stare na waring may binabasa sa mga mata niya ang nagpapalambot sa mga tuhod niya. Hindi niya kinaya ang matagal na pakikipag-titigan dito. She moved her gaze from him at nalipat ang tingin niya sa bouquet at sa kanang kamay na hawak-hawak nito para pigilan siya sa ginagawa niya na paghampas kanina dito.

She pulled her arms and he immediately released it na naging dahilan para mapahakbang siya paatras dahil muntik na siyang ma-out balance. She pursed her lips sa sobrang inis nang naisip na muntik na siya matumba sa harap nito. Nakakahiya!

She then stood up straight again sa harap nito and raised her eyebrows. Ayaw niya magpahalata na muntik siyang matumba. She needs to look firm in front of him.

Brix was just grinning in front of her at mukhang tuwang-tuwa sa nangyayari. Hindi niya nagugustuhan ang nangyayari pero kasalanan niya naman kasi at hindi niya pinag-isipan ang mga galaw niya.

"Kulang ka ba sa aruga?" tanong niya dito sa sobrang inis.

Hindi naman sumagot si Brix, mapang-asar lang ang ngiti na lumapit sa kaniya. Napaatras siya dahil nakaramdam ng pagkailang sa kaunting pagitan na lang nila at nayakap niya ang bouquet na parang kaya niya itong gawin na pananggalang kung may gagawin si Brix sa kaniya.

Brix smiled with her gesture and walked closely to her na naging dahilan naman sa paghakbang niya paatras. Hindi niya ito hiniwalayan ng tingin. Natatakot siya na baka may gawin ito sa kaniya, na baka maulit ang nangyari sa kitchen nila Lian.

He slowly walked towards her at dahan-dahan rin siyang umaatras at napahinto lamang siya nang bumangga siya sa kung ano. When she checked what is it ay nakita niyang ang office table ni Brix.

She inhaled deeply, inaalis ang kabang nararamdaman. She stared at his eyes, his deep grayish blue eyes. Kung kanina ay nagtatanong ang mga mata nito ngayon ay naghahamon ang nakikita niya. He was obviously intimidating and teasing her at the same time.

She was about to move her look from his eyes when Brix kissed her and this time she openly accepted him kung dahil sa pagkagulat o dahil sa anticipation ay hindi niya rin alam but she chose the first one.

Why would I anticipate his kisses?! I'm not out of my mind, for goodness' sake!

The kiss took longer than before and she stupidly closed her eyes when his intruding tongue played inside her mouth. Stupid as she is, she savor his kisses as she enjoys tasting him.

Unknowingly, she nibbled his lower lip that made Brix stop. He released her mouth and was looking in her eyes. Parang may hinahanap na kasagutan. Then he kissed her again and this time it was deeper, longer and more passionate that Ali could almost lose all of her senses.

BRIX KISSED ALI INTENSELY WHEN HE FELT SHE NIBBLED HIS LOWER LIP HESITANTLY. She was like a suckling baby, just doing things out of instinct. In awe of her reaction, he released her lips while searching for something in her eyes.

Ali just stared back at him with her flushed face. He knew that she would shy away so he instantly kissed her again. This time, Ali responds to his kisses sheepishly that made him hard. When he groaned and pressed his lower body to Ali unconsciously, she tapped his chest, more like pushing him, then moved her face to the side that made him stop from kissing her. She chicken out and just stared at him dumbfounded.

They both searching with each other eyes an answer to an unknown question. He was about to kiss her again pero mabilis na itong umiwas at tumalikod sa kaniya. Bewildered he just stared at her back. Kahit siya sa sarili ay naguguluhan sa nararamdaman sa dalaga.

He never thought he would feel that way, he just wanted to tease her dahil natatawa siya sa kamalditahan nito but she awoke some strange emotion from him. An emotion that he never felt even after a satisfying s*x with any of his flings and exes before.

Ali picked the bouquet of roses na nasa sahig, kung paano nito nabitawan ang bouquet ay hindi na niya napansin. She lowered her head and deep sighed then started to walk through the door. She hold the door knob and about to open the door when he said...

HER SENSES GOT BACK WHEN SHE FELT BRIX' RIGID MEMBER PRESSING IN HER ABDOMEN, napadilat siya sa kakaibang naramdaman. She then made Brix stop kissing her and she seemed dazed while looking at him.

She needs to do something para mawala ang nararamdaman na hindi niya alam kung ano ang tawag. Para siyang nauuhaw, parang may gusto siyang matikman. Stop it, Ali! You couldn't be like that! Saway niya sa pasaway na sarili.

Umiwas siya ng tingin dito at nakita ang bouquet na nasa sahig. Nagtataka man kung kailan at paano niya nabitawan iyon ay ayaw na niya isipin pa, ayaw na niya paguluhin pa ang isip. Mabilis niyang dinampot ang bouquet at nakatayo na siya ulit when she realized na dapat ay hindi na niya ito dinampot. She's obviously making herself looking dumb and stupid in front of him.

Nakiramdam siya, tahimik lang si Brix pero alam niya na nasa likod niya lang ito. Kailangan na niya umalis, hindi na niya puwedeng patagalin ang kagagahan niya. She lowered her head and walked through the door. Hindi niya gustong magtama pa ang mga mata nila ni Brix at baka kung ano naman gawin nito at bumigay na naman siya ulit. She shouldn't trust herself anymore.

Nasa may pinto na siya at palabas na sana nang marinig niya nagsalita si Brix.

"You like me too, Ali."

Ilang saglit siyang natigilan. Iniisip kung papatulan ba ang sinabi nito o hahayaan na lang at ituloy ang paglabas sa pinto. Nang maisip na kung hindi siya sasagot ay parang umamin na rin siya na may gusto nga dito kaya nag-decide na harapin ito.

She turned around when she realized na mali na naman desisyon niya nang tumama ang mga mata niya sa mukha nito. She scanned him, mula ulo pababa sa... Bakit kasi ang gwapo ng lalaking 'to? Nakakawala na talaga ng katinuan... Haizt!

Naiinis sa sarili, she pressed her lips. Pinipigilan ang sariling magsalita nang hindi nag-iisip. Sinalubong niya ang mga tingin nito then gave him a smirking smile. Napailing. Hindi dapat mahalata nito ang nasa isip niya.

Brix confidently gave her a smug face na mas lalo niya naman ikinainis dito. He stepped back and sat on the edge of his office table while giving her a stern and satisfying look. He didn't come to touch or kiss her but just by sitting on the edge of the table made her swallow a lump on her throat. Brix looks so hot as hell. Kung pwede lang talaga sana...

She wondered, if just looking at him made her feel hot, paano pa kung muli itong may gawin sa kaniya. Yes, she was indeed old school in her view on marriage and casual affairs but the man in front of her is obviously changing her mind at doon siya natatakot. The strange feelings Brix brought out from her made her think that she was no longer what she used to be.

She was about to say something to him pero muli ring isinara ang bibig, iniisip kung tama ba ang sasabihin. But she couldn't let Brix think that he was right. She shouldn't let her guard down. She looked straight into his eyes and said...

"You are a temptation. You can tempt me but sorry... I don't really like you, Brix."

BRIX DIDN'T LOSE HIS CONFIDENT LOOK UPON HEARING WHAT ALI SAID. She said that she didn't like him and he just smirked on that, more like a taunting smile. He knows, or it's better to say he felt that she likes him and even if Ali would deny the fact, her body and senses couldn't.

"I'll go now... and please..." Ali stopped and looked like someone who wanted to say something but couldn't speak, "never mind."

Muli itong tumalikod and opened the door, she was about to step outside when he moved fast and held her wrist. He pulled her towards him and she ended up facing him so close.

Ali closed her eyes, her lips were slightly open and he felt her sweet breath fanning him. Her gesture was like that of some actress in a classical movie that was waiting for a kiss.

He moved his look in Ali's face. From her thick dark brown lashes that contrasted her skin down to her lips that obviously invited him. What would it feel like if her mouth will do wonders to him… to his… Tsk! He immediately erased those lewd thoughts in his mind. Time will tell and waiting patiently will surely make everything possible.

When she looks excitedly expecting that he will kiss her again, he loses his grip on her wrist and releases it. After that, he chuckled na naging dahilan para mapadilat si Ali. He gave her a sneering smile and came closer to her and whispered to her ear...

"Promise... the next time I kiss you... You would beg for more."

She hold her breath, nanlalaki ang mga mata na nakatingin sa kaniya. May galit sa mga mata nito. She turned her back at mabilis na lumabas kasabay ang pabalibag na pagsara ng pinto ng opisina niya.

He just smiled at that outburst of Ali.

He really like her. Bipolar man ito o sadyang bratinella lang ay gusto niya ito. He like her and he will have her.

He breathed deeply when he felt himself getting turned on just by thinking of Ali. She was a temptress without any intention of doing it, an innocent temptress that he wanted to possess.

ALI WAS ABOUT TO LEAVE HIS OFFICE WHEN SHE FELT BRIX GRASPS HER WRIST AND MOVED FAST TO FACE HER. She closed her eyes for two reasons, in disbelief with herself on being vulnerable and by longing for his kisses again. What are you doing to me, Brix?! She hatefully said to herself.

When she excitedly expected that Brix would do something weird to her again and slightly open her lips for his kisses, she felt that he lost his grip on her wrist and released it. After that, she heard him chuckling na naging dahilan para mapadilat siya and looked at him with his sneering smile then whispered to her some promise. A delicious promise that she wants him to fulfill.

I am truly getting out of my mind! She screamed to herself.

She was thinking how to retaliate but immediately dismissed the thought at baka lalo lang siya mapahiya. She needs to be careful with her words sa lalaking ito. Hindi ito katulad ng ibang mga lalaking sumubok na manligaw sa kaniya. Sinalubong na lang niya ang tingin nito and tried everything to show that she was annoyed with him.

Brix is different, he is truly way different from those guys na nabasted niya, lalo na at iba ang epekto nito sa kaniya. She stepped back then move immediately to the door at mabilis na lumabas kasabay ng pabalibag na pagsara niya ng pinto nito.

Mabilis ang paglalakad na ginawa niya pabalik sa VIP room kung saan naroon ang mga kasama. Kailangan niya na yayain si Sabina na umuwi. She checked her wrist watch, it is almost 9 P. M., papayag na rin siguro si Sabina na ihatid siya.

She was nearing to the door that leads to the VIP rooms when she saw Sabina seductively dancing with a foreigner. She rolled her eyes, nakahanap naman agad ng kalandian ang kaibigan.

She just stood there and watched her friend when she decided to sit on one of the stool chairs in the bar area. The bartender asked her what she would have for a drink but she hesitantly answered that she had no idea on the drinks that she could order.

"Can I buy you a drink?"

Napalingon siya sa lalaki na nakaupo sa isang stool chair. May pagitan silang dalawang upuan nito. She smiled to him, may itsura ang lalaki at mukhang disente. She was about to say yes dahil wala naman siya talagang idea sa mga inumin na pwede order-in, mabuti at may gusto mag-rescue sa kaniya. Ayaw naman niya magmukhang tanga na nakikiupo lang.

"You don't need to. All drinks here are free for her."
