Chapter 4

CHAPTER 4

"Do it, and I'll make your head bleed" sabi ko kay joy at binigyan siya ng isang matalim na tingin ng balak niyang patunungin ang hawak nitong kaldero sa kaliwang kamay at ang takip ng kaldero sa kabila nitong kamay.

I know na balak niyang itapat yan sa tenga ko para magising ako. But I know that trick better than her for Janella is also like her. I remember she did that kind of trick trying to wake me up that's why I got mad at her for a whole day and as for compensation, she voluteered to become my slave for a day which I happily accepted.

It is a priveleged for me to make her as my slave, and that is wonderful! Thinking about it suddenly made me realize that I am starting to miss her.

"How did you know about it?" she inosently asked me while making her eyes rounder. She's really adorable.

"You better learn how to hide your presence," I said while chuckling, " Ang lakas ng presensiya mo kaya naman kahit sino ay makakaramdam niyan" sabi ko sabay tapik sa balikat nito.

"Really? But I don't think that's necessary for me, I love showing off my strong presence and anyway, the headmaster asked me to tour you around the academy," she as she walk inside the kitchen.

Come to think of it, today is my first day inside the academy. Hoping living here won't make me regret. I wonder how will I spend my years inside this academy, and I also wonder what kind of students I will encounter in the future. Am I curious?

"Oh?" I said not expecting it, "Well then, I'll just go back inside to prepare" sabi ko habang sinusuklay ang buhok ko gamit ang mga daliri ko pabalik sa kwarto ko.

Ginawa ko na yung mga dapat na ginagawa kapag naliligo, the same ritual. I brushed my teeth, then removed my clothes then turn on the shower to let the water run all over my body, get the shampoo then the soap. Honestly, I am not like those other girls na kulang na lang ay buong araw na silang maligo na para bang hindi sila marunong makuntento. And after 20 minutes, I'm finish.

I look at the uniform hanging inside my cabinet, it just felt weird. Isang maikli na black na palda which is 2 inches above the knee and of course, there's a cycling too. Kailangan mo talagang magsuot ng cycling dahil mahirap na baka may mga mambastos pa sayo, tapos sa pang itaas naman ay white na parang long sleeve sa panloob, basta polo siya na long sleeve at my violet na blazer at nakatatak doon ang pangalan at logo ng academy.

The uniform is making me look like a decent kind of people. How I wish uniform doesn't exist.

Then I paired up my uniform with a black boots, wearing my boots made me feel like I am cool and I just loved it. After fixing myself, lumabas na ako at nakita kong kumakain silang dalawa.

"Goodmorning tanya, how's your sleep?" masayang bati ulit ni joy. Habang si ziah naman ay tahimik lang na kumakain.

I looked at Zia, at tumango lang naman ito sa akin saka itinaas ang tinidor na parang sinabing 'kumakain kana' na tinunguan ko na lang rin. I think she is not used on being loud.

"Good" alanganing maiksing sagot ko sa tanong ni Joy na ikinangiti naman ulit niya.

Naalala ko na naman tuloy iyong bagay na balak niyang gawin kaninang pagkagising ko. Kaya naman hindi ko maiwasang mapailing.

She just stared at me for a second which seems like she realize something.

"Bagay pala sayo yang uniform natin! O! to the M! to the G!" at doon na siya nag-tititili na parang ewan.

She's over reacting. Is wearing a uniform a big deal? I don't think so!

"Joy!" sabi naman ni ziah na nakatakip na ng tenga, "you're noisy, and please stop over reacting!" binigyan pa nito si Joy ng isang masamang tingin habang ang isa naman ay may malawak na ngiti at nagpakita ng peace sign na ikinangiti na lamang nito.

"She looks cute kasi" saba turo niya sakin. Kaya naman hindi ko maiwasang taasan ito ng kilay. "She looks like a doll"

"Well," sabay tingin sakin mula ulo pababa "bagay nga naman sayo" sabi niya na na-a-amazed din. Tsaka tinuloy ang pagkain niya na para bang walang nangyari, kaya naman sumunod na rin kami ni Joy at kumain.

I voluteered to wash the dishes after eating but Ziah insisted so I let her. I appreciate the hospitality but I am already part of this academy and what they were doing is what I also need to do, that's what I wanna say but I just let my thoughts buried inside my brain.

After all the work, the noise coming from the chitchats of the students is what greet us as we walk on the hallway. And like other students, we’re walking while talking and as usual, Joy is on our center laughing so hard using her loud voice.

Ngayon ko lamang rin nalaman na pareho silang nasa iisang klase, at ako lamang ang napahiwalay sa kanilang dalawa. The two of them were in Z-class which also called the regular class. And beneath the Z-class is the class for the commoner people the under it is the special class which is for the students who can only use a special abilities like sensitive hearing, healing and other which doesn’t require you to use a massive amount of stamina.

It do sounds like there is a discrimination inside this academy, right? Well, I cannot deny that fact. And each class have a section except the S-class.

At jan naman ako kabilang, I belong to the S-class na alam ko namang pakulo ni Lean. As fas as I know, there were only twelve students under the s-class. Let’s say being a student of this class will make you like a star or will make you look more special than other students. This class is for the students who top on their class and all students in this class are definitely powerful.

All of them were staring at me and its totally bothering me. What's wrong? Should I inform them that staring is rude?

I think Joy noticed their stares so she patted my shoulder.

"Don't mind them Tanya, naninibago lang siguro sila dahil sa mayroon silang bagong mukha na nakikita. Alam mo namang hindi ganoon kadalas magkaroon ng transferee dito sa loob ng academy hindi ba?” napatango na lamang ako kay Joy dahil sa sinabi nito.

All students in this world of Mavherus are required to register and study in this Academy. The purpose is to educate them about controlling their powers in their own will and to discipline them about how dangerous their power is.

"Nga pala Tanya" agad namang napalingon ako kay ziah na agad nanamang nagsalita dito sa tabi ko.

"Hmm?" I asked her

"Wait for us after your class, we’re going to tour you around the academy " sabi ni ziah.

"Kailangan na rin pala nating magmadali, ngayon kasi ang bilangan para malaman kung ilang estudyante ang meron sa bawat klase though hindi naman bigdeal ito sa inyong S-class dahil ikaw lang rin naman ang idadagdag sa bilang" sabi naman ni joy. So I just nodded.

“Hindi ba dapat sa first day of school pa dapat ito ginawa?” I asked but Joy just shrugged so as Ziah telling me that they do not know either.

Hinatid na lamang nila ako sa kwarto na kinabibilingan ko saka nagpaalam, and I am left here stading infront of the door releasing a heavy sigh.

"Yup bye," is what the last thing I said then they left me.
